    @airtelindia I reside in #Bangalore one of busiest and populated area 560016. I see #airtelxstreampremium connection on the next street part of same area. It is very disappointing that India's biggest network provider @airtelindia is not able to get a broadband connection past 6 months.

    @mayank976 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Which service provider you think is GOOD? Unfortunately all are same. These service providers have separate team to keep eyes on Social Media, so you can imagine how many complaints they are receiving on daily basis

    Nw that I hv decided to port my mobile number out from @airtelindia I cannot tell you the no. of calls I received from the customer relationship team. Wish they showed the same enthu & desire to help when I had IR issues with them.

    @airtelindia : Your support team is not able to resolve the inflated / wrong billing issue since 4 days. Most importantly, this was not expected from Airtel that there will be a mistake in billing and in turn takes more than 3 days to resolve it...

    @airtelindia really fed up with your services. Need to connect to customer executive to just register an email id for setting up esim and my 2 hours lost. I am worried why cant you connect to executive when we call 121. Even you are charging for that. Please be genuine

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Such a frustrating customer care. I have premium black plan , I raise ticket everytime for poor network, it is closed just by saying it is resolved. No one reaches out to me, I dont know what resolution was provided but ticket is closed.
