Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been 4 days since I have applied for a broadband connection at my house and I am yet to get a connection or even a callback on how to proceed further. This is a pathetic experience keeping customers in the dark. Fix it!

@airtelindia @DoT_India Respected Sir this is to bring to your kind notice that I am one of your loyal customer. I use to have airtel xstream box but since last one month after it got updated , my TV started hanging sometimes for 2 hrs. There was voice only. Screen got blackout.
