    @airtelindia 2/4 Instead of refunding my money, Airtel transferred the balance from my old/wrong DTH ID 3042061966 to my current DTH ID 3069968927 and is treating the matter as “resolved”. The current balance shown is ₹3,259.88. This is NOT the resolution I was promised or requested.

    I am using the ₹899 Unlimited 5G pack, and I remain in a 5G covered area all day. Despite having an active Unlimited 5G claim, my daily data limit gets exhausted (100% data used alert), and speed throttles down drastically. @airtelindia @TRAI #froud #internetspeed #5gunlimited

    @airtelindia 15 days of connect and it is down. It takes 24 hours to book a slot and after than engineer doesn’t arrive nor is reachable. Should i remove and please me know should move back to @reliancejio request ID: 11037532656

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being an old customer, I was promised a billing discount for 12 months on my Airtel Black plan . It worked for the 1st bill, but from the 2nd bill, the discount vanished. Support closed my Ticket: 4514842120 without fixing it. Fix this!
