    The issue is not yet unresolved. This is 5th day in a row, I'm unable to use my internet. Even facing call drop issue. Will you please care to reply ? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @jagograhakjago what can be done in this case. It's a loss for customer. Please suggest.

    @airtelindia regards to the refund issue.Its been almost 2 months i am following up with the Airtel CC to refund my amount but they seem to have a deaf ear.I have emailed all details in multiple emails but still haven't received the refund. @TRAI Please look into this issue
