@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Applied for new broadband with application no 0202639540 and paid Rs. 1768 via txn id 1201447848 on 1 Dec. No installation of BB done yet. Called helpline and made complaint with id 125196408 on 6 Dec but nothing. Either install BB or refund tomorrow
