Used port service to switch my number to @airtelindia Sim got activated yesterday but no pack is active. Trying to call their local representative repeatedly he is saying ' give me five minutes I will activate your pack' but doing nothing. Local office is not open. 1/2

@airtelindia last 12 yrs I am using airtel kal aapki team boli ki Humare pass aapko Dene ke liye koi options nahi hai if you wish to change the services you another then you can ,surprisingly you are ready to loose your customer but not giving solutions. ALARMING

Absolutely third rate speed and every week there are connectivity issues!! Jio fiber is #hopeless ..customer care also in #shambles.. busy on boarding customers cant manage the service for existing #pathethic.. Regretting disconnecting @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The DTH service is very pathetic and No proper resolution (70463479) has been provided. There are saying us to replace existing CAM module with a new setup box and charging us for it . It is a problem with hardware, How am I supposed to bare it ??

@Airtel_Presence @PrateekAgru @airtelindia if you close down your broadband service it will be good for all. The worst thing is these cheaters charge a hefty nin refundable amount for installation so that customer will have no option but to stick to their services. Jio fiber is the best in this way

@airtelindia I’m airtel black customer network strength is very week for calling need to enable Wi-Fi calling but airtel broadband have issue once in a month take 2 days to resolve.I’m planing to disconnect from airtel and never come back.
