    Hi @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence My internet is not working since 6th Aug, technician was scheduled for 8th then 10th and now 13th. SRN 11037245522, no response from Airtel Appellate either. This is blocking my work, can you please check.

    I am using the ₹899 Unlimited 5G pack, and I remain in a 5G covered area all day. Despite having an active Unlimited 5G claim, my daily data limit gets exhausted (100% data used alert), and speed throttles down drastically. @airtelindia @TRAI #froud #internetspeed #5gunlimited

    @Ravisutanjani Sorry but my experience with @airtelindia postpaid is just #pathetic Serious network issues since 5 months but no resolution Everytime i complain, i get a 2 weeks timeline and it is closed without resolution Even appellate and nodal office has disappeared All fake claims about priority services on postpaid Now they dont even respond to my complaints #shameless #disgusting

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago This is extremely frustrating, especially because I am an existing Airtel customer with Airtel Wi-Fi and cable services. I am trying to add an IPTV connection, yet I am made to repeatedly follow up and spend considerable time on calls without receiving a proper resolution.

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence For the past one month, my Airtel Wi-Fi router has not been working, and my issue has still not been resolved. Despite repeated attempts, the local Airtel office staff are not properly registering or responding to my complaints.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have airtel air fiber connection with me and while installing it I was never told that it caps at just 1000GB instead of regular fiber which caps at 3333GB. Now I am informed that my data quota is over and nothing can be done. I need help urgently
