@airtelindia I tried to stop the D2H and Wi-Fi service but was unable to.@TRAI/@lahotiak why there is no provision to request for disconnection in the airtel . I have relocated to a new town yet paying for the services that I am no longer using for the last two months . Customer care is not helpful.

@airtelindia Stop mocking your customers!!! Don’t peruse them for connection and then just harass them like this. Your ground people are totally useless and not even responding, instead they are harassing my parents for no reason. This is seriously unacceptable. I need immediate action against this person. My connection is gone from last 5 days and no one even cares?? There are senior citizens at my home and still no one has attended for 5 days, what kind of service is this? Why do you even hire such people? “No internet for 6 days. Service request 11028922785. Engineer Akshay Mohanrao Chokhat was assigned multiple times but never visited. Worst service by Airtel. No resolution despite repeated complaints. Need an immediate fix or refund.” @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
