  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed with the way this billing issue is being handled. Incorrect roaming charges were levied on my number during my Bhutan travel, and despite raising the issue, Airtel Customer Care is refusing to reverse the charges. What kind of customer service is this? If incorrect charges can be levied, customers should at least get a fair review and resolution instead of being forced to pay them. Please have the concerned senior team review this immediately, reverse the incorrect roaming charges, and resolve the matter at the earliest.

  Airtel SIM isn’t working properly, but I keep recharging it every month. What’s the point of spending money on a recharge if I can’t even use the SIM? My money is simply going to waste. @airtelindia Please fix this issue!

  @airtelindia The services have been pathetic in last 3 months...calls issues...disturbance, internet issue...I raised a request to fix it...a ticket was raised and was closed stating issue resolved...nobody bothered to check with me
