    @TRAI @airtelindia which I have not used 2 thing they are including mo lpc policy and ogtd policy price and 300 reactivation fee and the total cost is aprox 3000 rs . I have complaint about this but there. complaint no not working and there is no response form the company .

    @airtelindia what a pathetic service you have it's been More than 3 months I have raised request to disconnect my broadband connection but nothing happened and getting billed every month. What should I be doing @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Xstream Fiber (100 Mbps plan) has been broken since 01 July — Complaint 11033994877 / 11034261077. Speed test: 22.96 Mbps down vs a local 40 Mbps ISP giving 38.37 Mbps on the SAME line. Senior engineer promised, never sent. Had to pay ₹2,500 for alternate broadband just to work. Fix this or refund me. #AirtelFailedMe #airtel #jio

    @Airtel_Presence In this Vasai-Virar flood like situation @airtelindia is totally dead, despite my yearly plan & monthly Wi-Fi. Regretting my choice! Thankfully @reliancejio is working fine—had to buy a 3-day Jio data pack just to get online & complain about Airtel’s terrible service.

    @ViCustomerCare Do you provide Broadband service also ? I will be terminating the @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Broadband service also as that is also not working properly, facing lot of disconnection issue along with speed issue.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, my Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down for over 36 hours. I've called customer care multiple times, but I only get an automated message saying you're upgrading services.
