    Despite 100s of calls to the customer care and assurance received yesterday that it wont happen, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has still auto-renewed my Amazon Prime subscription. This is surely been done on purpose to loot the customers. Please avoid using airtel guys. #airtel

    @airtelindia No point in just keep on launching plans / packages etc. Over Cost reduction is a Curse in Telecom. Airtel has gone to extreme. Offer Good Quality Broadband Modem and Cables first to support high quality signals that don't break or pulse doesn't goes down.Continuous!

Have raised the complaint multiple times but no action was taken to resolve the network issue.If my parents wants to call someone first they have to go to terrace so that their call could go through & they can get the network. It’s the situation in NCR.

    @airtelindia First solve issues of 4g customer. Most of the customers facing issues regarding Volte compatibility. They are not able to use Volte service because their devices are not enlisted in the given list by airtel.
