When a customer wishes to discontinue these services, all other services are disconnected. @airtelindia

I would rather not get excited about 5G as it is barely there. The 4G network also goes off due to this disruption. U r killing the 4G users too.

I raised a WiFi shifting request on 31st July 2026, but even after several days, there has been no resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, your team is neither processing the request nor providing a clear update.
