    I did portout from idea services to @Airtel_Presence in belief of larger network and better coverage by them. Now suddenly the signal strength has dropped..very poor network coverage these days...@airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence kindly do something.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 30 calls received yesterday from air tel for broadband plan. Harassment another level. Above all said can get connection in sector 38 Gurgaon. Requested for connection post confirming customer care and sales executive in your company.

    @airtelindia It's been 2 days, no response on DM... 3 calls to customer care to downgrade my DSL plan, no resolution!! Kalyani, Deepak and Nisha (sup) have been extremely unhelpful. Airtel app forcing me to take advance rental, deceptive & misleading.

    @airtelindia very poor customer service. I raised service request for shifting the broadband on 2nd Sep and today even after 4 days there is no contact from your team. Entire customer care is on IVR and there's no way to contact or get an update on the call raised.
