Have raised the complaint multiple times but no action was taken to resolve the network issue.If my parents wants to call someone first they have to go to terrace so that their call could go through & they can get the network. I would rather not get excited about 5G as it is barely there. The 4G network also goes off due to this disruption. U r killing the 4G users too.
