@airtelindia My only expectation is that I am paying my bills regularly, so I should not face any issue. If it is not possible for you to provide proper network then let me, so as to take appropriate action. It's your network not mine, don't you know where are the issues.

moreover I bought Airtel Hotspot on 14th September 2020.. Store Manager informed will send bill invoice by email within 24 Working Hrs.. Now it's more than 70 Hrs still waiting for the same.... Panthetic customer support @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

It seems that there is no DG for backup when the main is down at the @Airtel_Presence sites in most of the locations in Manipur. I will hav to verify the same and once verified (from the sites near my location), I will lodge a formal complaint to @airtelindia and @DoT_India. 😤
