@airtelindia why AirTel has removed 28 days validity recharge of Rs. 49 and replaced it with Rs. 79? only incoming facility recharge is also not available? We don't have indoor network so this AirTel no is as good as dead, just have to keep as it has got linked earlier. #looters

10 out of 10 times no voice from other side whenever there is incoming call I have to make out going call for every incoming call to have conversation. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This type of pathetic service is not we are looking for in digital india.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst services and rude engineers. The frequent disconnection issues are increasing at a rapid stage and nobody actually bothers to even fix it. On top of that, the engineers ask us to not raise a complaint but talk rudely when we call them directly.

I’ve had the worst of experience trying to get an #eSIM activated on @airtelindia - twice now they’ve issued a physical sim, I’ve done everything to convert and the physical sim gets deactivated while the eSIM doesn’t. Not to mention the huge time sync of going to an airtel…
