    Sadly, @VodafoneIN is going @reliancejio way in my area. It takes 2-3 hours of power outage and their signal is gone. No support, no solution. Only fake promises and robot replies. @airtelindia keeping it alive. Thankfully. #MumbaiRains

    I think @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is facing crisis like Jet Airways that they have stopped responding to customer queries, it's a very poor customer care team, #socialmedia team of airtel is much more pathetic, that after first response they don't revert to customer

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews New way to extort money. Selling fiber connection with installation cost - prepaid. 1st day, no connection in half an hour. Tech doesn't respond, supervisor Karthik agrees to cancel, installation cost denied to be refunded.
