@TRAI I had applied for @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia broadband connection. transaction ID is 328634568 Date of payment 28.3.2021. Subsequently, I had to cancel my connection, for which I have not been given refund. Airtel doesn't respond either.

@airtelindia I have tried to change my email thousands of time and even in my app it shows the updated email. Currently i am out of india and my sim card is not working. Worst service experience even after so many year i have been with airtel. I can't even make contact airtel.
