    @airtelindia Airtel is slowly becoming customers unfriendly. My small issues has not been resolved after my continuous email as well twit. Very surprising.

    @airtelindia UNBELIEVABLE. WOULDN'T USE AIRTEL PAYMENTS BANK EVEN ACCIDENTALLY. THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO WAY OF CONTACTING A HUMAN AGENT! THE PHONE NO. IS STRICTLY AUTOMATED. THERE'S NO OTHER INSTANT HELP OPTION LIKE CHAT, ON THE SITE. THE APP TOO DOESN'T HAVE ANY OPTIONS.

    @airtelindia World worst network 😑. If you calling some some then u can use internet. Normally also ther is no network. Airtel alwsys says they have best network but its worst. I made mistake porting my sim card from Jio to Airtel. Now i need to wait for 3 month. Airtel is just 2G and 3G.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what basis do you set due date? upto last month my mobile due date was 14th of the month. suddenly it become 9th of the month. The way you behaving, it is blackmailing your customer.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI having multiple postpaid connection and not having any sort of internet speed where you claim high speed 4G. Upon calling 121, no customer care executive and hearing robotic IVR only repeating same feeded input. Do the needful or shall switch?

    I don't understand why does it take so hard to understand for @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to understand that customer needs a invoice with tax included why do you keep on sending just some receipts with no proper details

    @airtelindia your service has gone from bad to worse. My international roaming has not worked for 48 hours. I've spoke to 3 different people and nobody gives a damn about resolving this. And you wonder why you lose customers to @reliancejio? Complaint #31-39-48-80-99-11-697.
