    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my WiFi down for 12 hours. WFH is impossible. Customer care wants 2 days to send a technician.i alredy lost today, I cannot lose 2 working days. Fix this TODAY or consider this my official request to cancel the connection and take everything back.

    In less than a month's time, facing it again today. Last time they fixed it the next day. Today the outage is since 8 30am. We couldn't raise complaint cos it's outage. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I can DM the details too. Entire apartment is facing the issue for half a day

    @airtelindia Shocking experience with Airtel. I was unable to make an important international call during an emergency and urgently sought support. I sent over 150 emails, raised complaints, and tried every available channel, yet received no effective response.
