    Regular day in the life of @airtelindia user: 1. Wait 20 minutes for an OTP that has to be entered in 60 seconds 2. Cover a 10,000 steps everyday while searching for their network Between the broadband, and the network, don't know what sucks more. Actually, it's the customer care

    @airtelindia Guys what’s wrong with you network! I can’t browse anything. Beyond that you have stated me as platinum customer. Hassle free services, which is of no use. Raised the same issue many a times, but no proper response. Not at all satisfied. #notahappycustomeranymore
