    @WeAreVasai @airtelindia Airtel is working only yesterday in morning till evening it had issues, rest of the time reception was ok. But @reliancejio is down since 3 days no updates, no network till now. Emergencies reveal quality service provider.

    Hi @airtelindia - I raised an issue of WI-FI not working on 30th June 2026 -service request 11033930030. The issue is still not resolved and almost for 10 days WI-FI is not working. No luck even after calling customer service. @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @airtelindia, Just wondering- if incoming calls and SMS are blocked within 72 hours of recharge expiry, how is a customer supposed to log in to the Airtel Thanks app to recharge when login requires an OTP sent via SMS? Isn’t this a catch-22? Please clarify. @DoT_India

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Xstream Fiber (100 Mbps plan) has been broken since 01 July — Complaint 11033994877 / 11034261077. Speed test: 22.96 Mbps down vs a local 40 Mbps ISP giving 38.37 Mbps on the SAME line. Senior engineer promised, never sent. Had to pay ₹2,500 for alternate broadband just to work. Fix this or refund me. #AirtelFailedMe #airtel #jio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I requested for airtel wifi in Yusufguda on 6th July. Installation was to be done by 1 pm 7th July. It's not done yet. Your technician is not responding to call. I talked to customer care yesterday and today but in vain. If you can't do pls refund.
