Earlier i was using @airtelindia they started to do the same thing you people are doing nowadays, bad internet speed. Then i switched to @reliancejio @JioCare after sometime they also started to do the same thing, bad internet speed, charging for 4G and giving all stuffs of 2G.

@airtelindia It has been 2 days since the internet is down. When i call the customer service, they keep telling it will be done in 2 hours and when I call them after the specified time, they add 3 hours to it. They call it unplanned outage. I need proper response or solution.

As I came to know today, @airtelindia doesn’t support eSim transfer to new #iPhone14ProMax. Reason given by team is that people are importing it and hence it’s not supported out of the box. Still waiting for the scheduled call with their team. Not at all a satisfactory service.
