    I called customer care for a complain regarding 4G. I told them I am unable to use 4G during power cut and the agent replied it will be fixed asap. Why i am not getting exact time duration of the solution? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI

    Earlier i was using @airtelindia they started to do the same thing you people are doing nowadays, bad internet speed. Then i switched to @reliancejio @JioCare after sometime they also started to do the same thing, bad internet speed, charging for 4G and giving all stuffs of 2G.

    @airtelindia Airtel stops OTP services right after a recharge expires because they know OTPs are essential. Feels like forcing users to recharge immediately. I’ve decided to port to Jio. Worst telecom experience ever.

    Airtel is so bad, in every few months it starts doing this thing, i have recharged for unlimited 5G data but since last 2 days it's consuming the 4G data pack completely and I am left with slow to zero internet speed throughout the day. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
