    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had recommended Airtel to @shyamprasad127. Now regretting as both he and I never have proper internet after moving to x stream fibre. Paying bills with horrible services and frequent disconnections. Tired of raising complaints regularly also

    Mr Jackson. Thanks for the horrible service what you have provided. If Airtel has some services issues plz rectify it. Don't send the customer again to get original documents. If he is providing soft copy documents you also need to manage things. @airtelindia @DivyaShreeTowers

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your complaint service is not working. I am trying to register the complaint of call drops and network loss for so long but no one is responding to it. Called 198 but that too after entering all ivr number told me to wait for and then call dropped.👎

    @airtelindia worst customer care service. I checked for postpaid upgradation on its app but it instantly upgraded it but lost my prepaid data etc is made zero? Rs 666 recharge is zero and 198 customer care or app don't have any way to resolve it. Calling 198 waste of time @TRAI
