    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is providing rediculas service to their customers they are telling to upgrade to the platinum after upgrading no response giving to their customers. Am suffering the connectivity issue since from 6th July still not resolved.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Been trying to apply for xstream fibre broadband service since last 4 years specially when you're already present across the street. 3 major housing societies (each of them with more than 250 apartments) are present at this location. Pls do something

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, your “unlimited 4G/5G” has become unlimited frustration. Extremely slow internet, and every complaint gets the same “location issue” excuse. Been a loyal customer for years, but loyalty clearly has no value now. Time to port.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my WiFi is down for more than 36 hours now!! And your agent whose number comes up on the app says it’s some central power issue, which he has conveyed to a team and they will rectify whenever possible !!! Is this the kind of service ??
