@airtelindia have been asking for an advance reversal. Have talked to six agents over the past one month with promise of resolution and no action. Even ticket number was cancelled unilaterally by Airtel. Agents are Ilma, Misbah, Jitender, Kamsar, Ghulam Pare and Ruqiya today.

So @airtelindia Please tell me in how much time will you resolve this issue. If you are not able to maintain anything then there is no point to introduce new things like AB. Every Airtel agent guy is lying & giving false commitments, please listen to the recorded call if you can.
