    @airtelindia I went to your gallery at MiraRoad Mumbai ,as my sim card was not working .for new sim your staff asked aadhar card compulsory ,not even DL . and they told me that we need to change our sim in every six months . why so ?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 18 days done, my installation for the DTH has not been done. Have raised this issue with your customer service but still the issue persists. INSTALLATION HAS NOT BEEN DONE. Why am I have to repeat it everytime? Pathetic service.

    It’s been over a month Airtel hasn’t done anything to improve the network connection.All they did was sending the automated messages and not responding and took no actions. What should I do? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Ghanta. From last 2 weeks my 100mbps plan is giving 1 or max 2mbps download speed. Have raised it to the customer care so many times.

    @airtelindia I have made countless calls to airtel customer service hotline, only to be put on hold for extended periods of time or transferred to different department but still airtel neglecting and charging me false bills for prepaid account which Irequest to suspend 6month ago
