    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was trying to make #airtelblack bill payment on #AirtelThanks App. The Amount got debited from credit card but it did not get added to my airtels saving bank account. I called your customer care.They informed me that CC can't be used to add money

    @airtelindia Broadband is not working for the last 3 days. Everyday a text message comes in stating, it's taking time. What is the issue no clue, no Customer support to answer the queries. Pathetic service. Time to switch.

    @airtelindia I am a customer of Airtel prepaid.Had recharged my number with Rs.137/- on 07.12.2022 but balance showing Zero and forcing to recharge again to enjoy services. On line help and support not helping and forcing call customer care which I can't do being zero balance.

    @airtelindia I don't understand why I am having issues. I am not getting the mobile network and it's been 3 days now. I have tried removing the sim and placing it on my other headset, but it's still not working. Please resolve this as soon as possible. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia you are claiming your network is 5G. When we check internet speed , download speed is 7 MBPS. If this is your 5G network? Are you taking us for ride? I am operating from Mangalore.
