@airtelindia On 6 Jan 22 I paid 719 for a 84 day pack on Airtel thanks app. I keep getting message that as I have insufficient balance sp I cannot make calls. on app no provision is there catering to complaints of this nature. Pls help.

I have took the Airtel fibre connection and it's been 5 days there's no news. Day before yesterday your engineer arrived and returned saying he forget some tools and he will return in 1.5hrs but till now no news. Really worst service am very disappointed. @airtelindia
