  @airtelindia people's beware of if you are planning to buy or porting to Airtel network. Worst service.pathetic IVR system and useless customer care executives. cc executive said you live in a area where our network is not strong.

For Eg while recharging my cash detected twice i made a complaint later there was no response after regular followup every day cash returned Airtel C.C is decent No issues W Singal/4G is excellent

  @airtelindia the help feature in the Airtel thanks app needs a thorough rejig. The bots there like most corporate bot support is wholly useless, a good for nothing and a waste of time. Sadly it's incapable of resolving issues! Perhaps am I expecting too much from @airtelnews 🤷

  @airtelindia #Gopalvittal , customer Service is a farce as far as airtel is concerned . Worst nightmare ever ! My 75 plus mother who has an Airtel postpaid mobile number and landline number has been having issues with mobile number since last 3 weeks ! Complaints regd 3 times !
