    @meenaambwani @airtelindia Yes. RBL, SBI too was sending me someone's account statements, withdrawal, card swipes details. Sadly I have a SBI a/c. So it used to be daily shock for me. Problem s none of d service providers/banks ask customers to confirm their registered mail ID before taking it on record.

    Hello @TRAI Airtel has been billing my broadband plans as Xtreme Fiber for nearly a year now. However, they are yet to upgrade the modem. I raised a service request and it has been closed as resolved. @airtelindia
