    @airtelindia been an airtel subscriber for more than 22 years, have this huge complaint. My phone refused to connect to network and have been complaining for three days and yesterday went to nearby store to get SIM replaced but still NO NETWORK.. Not done Airtel .Too complacent

    @airtelindia I found all over Chennai facing network problem. In our family we were using 10 prepaid connection and 4 postpaid connection. Me & my wife remains using Airtel network due to prestige not to port to any other network. Finally I am porting to JIO and my wife to BSNL.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Its been a week(after submitting necessary docs) just to get approval for a duplicate sim issue request from regional manager. 1 week(8 business days to be precise) just to approve a mail seems a VERY VERY long time for that... Don't you think so??
