@airtelindia I was trying to make request for esim. I made request through SMS. I have replied all relevant details. I didn’t receive any call from airtel. But my request cancelled regularly. Tried calling 121 / 198 couldn’t speak to customer care. What should I do.

@airtelindia Airtel providing services as government no one responds to issues, 3rd class useless services, don’t risk your money with Airtel bank it’s scam, you will never know when your mobile number is issued to someone, without any notice, Airtel is supporting cyber crime.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 1/2 Stupid useless customer service, I went to nearest #airtel center to get sim swapped. I was told to visit main center 3 kms away. Imagine with no network in my hand I couldnt book an uber and had to take an overpaid auto to travel to ur main center.
