    @airtelindia people's beware of if you are planning to buy or porting to Airtel network. Worst service.pathetic IVR system and useless customer care executives. cc executive said you live in a area where our network is not strong.

    @airtelindia What is the point of 5G when u have such poor customer service.Your exec’s don’t even respond to calls.we are left hanging despite informing the urgency of the situation being Health care providers

    @airtelindia Airtel is good for nothing.first improve your 4G services than go for 5G and cc executive are pathetic, IVR is worst and no response on social media complaint. Going to switch to JIO.

    @airtelindia the help feature in the Airtel thanks app needs a thorough rejig. The bots there like most corporate bot support is wholly useless, a good for nothing and a waste of time. Sadly it's incapable of resolving issues! Perhaps am I expecting too much from @airtelnews 🤷

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband 04449596478 not working since 1600 hrs 4.11. Airtel APP does not register complaint.And Airtel office MG Road also cannot register. They said system not accepting !!! What should one do.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised multiple complaints about internet services (Speed) at pin code 846004 Land mark Dighghi south. Got revert from your end that now onwards I won't face any issues regarding internet speed ... your services are pathetic in BTC
