The bots there like most corporate bot support is wholly useless, a good for nothing and a waste of time. Sadly it's incapable of resolving issues! Perhaps am I expecting too much from @airtelnews 🤷

The other number I mentioned in the DM multiple times and discussed in the call is the one I’m currently facing an issue with and haven’t added to the family plan yet.
