@airtelindia Hi Team, I have been requesting to cancel my airtel account 7038931111. But all I am getting is a system generated response. I have also been calling customer care but there is no option to cancel. I have been emailing them since July. Will not pay August bill.

Had a great service of @VodafoneIN for past 8 years but from past 6 months. Disaster. A lot complained. No use. Finally, no option. Switching to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Hope you'll not disappoint.

Giving up on @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wife and I cannot even call 121. We get ‘call failed’. Not able to make or receive calls. First complained via Twitter on 10Feb. Improved for a while. Again same problem. Calls, if at all, last for 1-2 secs. After that ‘call failed’.
