    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence does not have qualified support pesonnel. On matters of speed they just misguide and try fooling people and then demand OTP for closing the call. They insist either to share OTP or pay Rs.400 because they will lose incentive. Sickening

    @airtelindia @JM_Scindia Airtel helpline is so fc..ked up. I complained of no network issue & tey asked me 2 connect via mobile data. Gave me an option 2 connect via wifi & then the bot replied tat mobile data is not wrking, can't do anything. Seriously! Like I didn't knw tat.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Complaint # 11031945731. Days gone yet no one is ready to provide any support. Pathetic and poor customer service. Fake promises and new timeline everytime

    Dear @airtelindia, I am Airtel Priority customer. I had raised 2 network issue request no 31 - 1000014110949 & 31 - 1000014124554 on 5th June. I am unable to track status in app and issue persists which is becoming a problem.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Your chatbot looked at an iPhone 15 Pro and confidently declared it “not eSIM compatible.” If Airtel’s systems cannot identify one of the world’s most common eSIM-supported devices, the problem is clearly not the customer. Screenshots and evidence emailed. Kindly fix your backend instead of sending customers in circles.

    @airtelindia Pathetic customer services.I have raised a request for shifting my wifi and it's been 7 days and nothing has been done yet.Calling your customer care is a pain they asking same details everyday that means your CRM doesn't register details .#pathetic #fraud #airtel

    Thank you Airtel for proving that good network and customer service still exist. Jio keeps making big claims, but what’s the use if calls don’t connect and the internet struggles? Focus on improving the network, not just increasing users.@reliancejio @airtelindia @JioCare
