    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I face frequent disconnections on my broadband.Had raised a req124746470 which got fixed,again in few hours I have the same issue-req124903168 engineers seem to be more into collecting the happy code rather providing a permanent fix for the customer

    @airtelindia my airtel internet connection gets disconnected once in a fortnight, and gets rectified after 2 days. got disconnected on saturday, made complaint, attended after 42 hrs i.e. just now. worst custmr service.
