    @airtelindia My wifi not working from 27.04.2026 and not able to lodge complaint in Mumbai. When called customer care, I was on call for almost an hour just to raise disconnect issue. Pathetic @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Very poor internet after 2.5GB/day plan. Not working anywhere (home & office). Earlier 2GB plan was fine. In a month, I could not even use 5GB data. Complained many times, no solution. Port request to Jio already raised. Fix ASAP or I will port. Details in DM.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Its been 6 days still not got the internet yet! You mentioned 48 hrs. My work is entirely dependent on the internet. This is very pathetic service from ACT. Please refund my money and disconnect the service. I have decided to get @airtelindia service

    Another day and my Airtel broadband is STILL WORKING despite repeated disconnection requests. Why am I being forced to pay for a service I’ve asked to terminate multiple times?     @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have your Broadband connection since 3+ years now. Since few months, every other week your services go off abruptly. Today is Sunday and your network has conked. Enough is enough. I am switching over to other ISPs in my area. @youbroadband

    @airtelindia Airtel Black appears to be only on paper. In reality services are pathetic. Internet issues take long despite giving tall promises! Send someone to resolve my internet instead of changing dates. Suffering since 3 months. For some or other issue internet goes away! :(
