@Airtel_Presence It's been more than 4days that I've nt been receiving signal. Wen checked @airtelindia store, I was told sim is rejected & I'm asked to provide the ID proof that I submitted 13years ago for replacement. Adress this ASAP or I'm compelled to move to consumer court.

@airtelindia yours is one worst cudtomer care service . no matter how long I stay on call. ur IVR suck@s. Wasted 20 minutes and not a single person talked. same goes for the app as well.
