@airtelmalawi pathetic customer service by @airtelindia broadband. They transfer your address on your own and charge unnecessary fees and hidden charges. Customer service agents do not respond to your queries, they are abusive and all they care about is bill payment.

I get 0 network in my house in Gurgaon @airtelindia . After several complaints, a surveyor came to my house and accepted this fact. Told us he'll get back at us. This was One YEAR back. Still 0 network. Meanwhile Airtel claiming best service and best network.🫡
