    I sincerely request to let me elaborate my concern. Give me a genuine platform to do so. A working thanks app, a genuine customer support call or a mail address from which exchange can take place. Becuase till now all have failed me @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @jagograhakjago

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @rahulrajput1988 broadband not working despite multiple requests and reminders, service req raised 4 days ago still open. Taking 6 month adv payment plan was a mistake. Even new customers getting pathetic internet speed. Is this how brand Airtel is?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Disappointed with your xstream broadband service in varanasi. Took 6 days to install, stopped functioning immediately post installation. And its five days, no one has turned up for rectification inspite of repeated complaints.
