  What is this @airtelindia your dth service is too bad. On o e day your representative tells something g another day another thing. I needed to upgrade my hd box to xtream box and now it's being told that its not available in my area. When It's available at that time it will told.

  @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.
