    Why @airtelindia your DTH service is continuously playing a banner stating that this channel will not be available in your platform. These are some of my regular channels and favorites which I watch, and if you do this,. I need to rethink about @airtelindia service to continue.

    What is this @airtelindia your dth service is too bad. On o e day your representative tells something g another day another thing. I needed to upgrade my hd box to xtream box and now it's being told that its not available in my area. When It's available at that time it will told.

    @airtelindia wort experience with extreme broadband. Link down from last 24 hr after technical person changed the wifi name. Imature behaviour of technical person cant be tolerated. Issue not resolve after 2-3 follow-ups.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You guys are closing service requests regarding bill clarification without any explanation and without resolving the issues. Customer care number is ivrs with no option of speaking to anyone. Pathetic service by airtel.

    @airtelindia your higher authorities cannot just put everything on the customer care executives. If the problem is not addressed by them then it's your managerial authorities to address the problem.
