Why @airtelindia your DTH service is continuously playing a banner stating that this channel will not be available in your platform. These are some of my regular channels and favorites which I watch, and if you do this,. I need to rethink about @airtelindia service to continue.

@airtelindia pathetic experience. My work is stalled for the last two hours, I'm not getting internet on any of the 5 airtel sims, three of which are postpaid. I raised a complaint where your employee said it'll get fixed by 25th May... seriously??? What should I do till then?

Requested an Airtel Wi-Fi connection shift while moving to a new place. It’s been almost a week now with no internet, endless AI bot loops, and customer care saying “we’re checking it” every single day. Still being charged for a service I literally cannot use @airtelindia

  • PadhaKanchan
    DolundTrump (@PadhaKanchan) reported

Most of companies have resorted to #AI based custom support bots but they are highly inefficient in resolving queries. My money with @reliancejio @IRCTCofficial @airtelindia is struck for a long time. Money is not huge but it’s like a scam. Jio took money for two sim cards ..

@airtelindia WiFi down every few days… no solution nor response from Airtel !!!! No communication nada

  • RonakPMehta1
    Ronak P Mehta (@RonakPMehta1) reported

@airtelindia The issue is not temporary ticket closure or router restart. The issue is repeated peak-hour WiFi disconnections despite multiple complaints, escalations & appellate emails. A premium service should deliver stable connectivity consistently.

@airtelindia @ThanksAirtel Service Request no. 31-1000013582725 has been marked resolved. But the issue still is there. And no one even tried contacting me to get the location where am facing issue. What kind of resolution is this?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel_Presence Worst Airtel Fiber service experience in Binola, Bhora Kalan, Gurugram (122413). Internet has been disconnecting frequently for the last 20 days. Multiple complaints raised but no proper resolution yet.

  • hindu__JAT
    vikash chahar (@hindu__JAT) reported

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even your engineer admitted there is a network issue in the area. Local private WiFi providers are using Airtel tower/network and due to this overloaded/unstable network, Airtel Fiber users are suffering continuous disconnections.

  • GIRIJOSHI
    Giridhara Joshi (@GIRIJOSHI) reported

@JioCare @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to express concern regarding the current mobile recharge plans that are valid only for 28 days instead of a full calendar month of 30 days. Customers are paying for “monthly” recharge plans, but in reality the validity is only 28 days. This creates an extra financial burden on users because people are forced to recharge 13 times in a year instead of 12 times. At a time when recharge prices are already increasing, this practice becomes difficult for common people, students, workers, and rural users. Today, internet and mobile services are essential for education, work-from-home jobs, online banking, communication, and daily life. Village people and middle-class families also depend heavily on mobile internet services just like city users. Many users already struggle with high recharge costs, and reducing validity to 28 days adds unnecessary pressure. We kindly request your company to do the following: Change 28-day recharge plans to proper 30-day monthly plans. Avoid additional burdens on customers through reduced validity periods. Provide fair and customer-friendly recharge options for all users. Telecom companies should prioritize customer convenience and affordability. We hope you will consider this genuine request and take necessary action in the interest of millions of mobile users across India.
