Why @airtelindia your DTH service is continuously playing a banner stating that this channel will not be available in your platform. These are some of my regular channels and favorites which I watch, and if you do this,. I need to rethink about @airtelindia service to continue.

What is this @airtelindia your dth service is too bad. On o e day your representative tells something g another day another thing. I needed to upgrade my hd box to xtream box and now it's being told that its not available in my area. When It's available at that time it will told.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence do you have a proper procedure to call a customer whose bill is already paid but still gets multiple calls daily asking for bill due? Can you atleast try to incorporate a proper procedure? You network is worst obviously.
