@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Regret to say that the data services on add on no 9650992546 is still not available even after 225 Hr. Complaints were registered several times to 121/198 I don’t have any other option but to change service provider if AIRTEL do not respond

All option on 198 is working other than complaints. This is bullshit. The @TRAI should strict the use of 198 limited to only complaints. For other ivr service they should use other number @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I hv port my no. Frm Jio to Airtel. But data service is pathetic. Its totally waste of money in both hotspot & Mobile data. I complained ,the guy came but he wz unable to fix the problem. I am suffering data issue since i purchase it and in mobile data after porting.

@airtelindia If we pay the bill after due date, there is a penalty but, if your internet doesn't work for 12 days, what should be the penalty for you? @PMOIndia Please implement the rule to penalize the Service Provider if service provider does not fix the issue within 24 hrs.
