@airtelindia I hv port my no. Frm Jio to Airtel. But data service is pathetic. Its totally waste of money in both hotspot & Mobile data. I complained ,the guy came but he wz unable to fix the problem. I am suffering data issue since i purchase it and in mobile data after porting.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Regret to say that the data services on add on no 9650992546 is still not available even after 225 Hr. Complaints were registered several times to 121/198 I don’t have any other option but to change service provider if AIRTEL do not respond

@airtelindia Airtel now has become a worst service provider either for TV or Mobile Network. This un social company asking me to Recharge Rs. 170 to waste otherwise I can't recharge new pack started from 1st Feb. I just can't bear this company any more.

All option on 198 is working other than complaints. This is bullshit. The @TRAI should strict the use of 198 limited to only complaints. For other ivr service they should use other number @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
