    All option on 198 is working other than complaints. This is bullshit. The @TRAI should strict the use of 198 limited to only complaints. For other ivr service they should use other number @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I made my DTH recharge through Airtel application..but due to your technical issue...it's not done..and my money debited from account..made another recharge from other application...plz process refund as earliest

    Airtel sucks It's been more than 10 days,I am just trying to activate esim request for my iPhone. Visited nearest Airtel store (Lalpur, Ranchi) spoke to Airtel backend team. Still facing the same Do we post paid user deserve this kind of services. @airtelindia @sunilbmittal

    I deposited 3000 security amount in 2014. When i have ported out and asking for refund of security amount. They deny to return saying account is deactivated. Airtel Store team ask to call 121 customer care and 121 team say to go Airtel Store. This is @airtelindia 's Situation.

    @airtelindia You sent me a 1600 rs bill for a service I've not been using for 1 whole month. And you still haven't disconnected my internet after MULTIPLE requests. Today you stopped outgoing calls because I didn't pay the internet bill (that I'm not using anymore btw) Wtf????
