    @Airtel_Presence I have been constantly tweeting & updating the team on DM but since last 2 days my Wifi isn't working it's absolutely pathetic of @airtelindia & it's ground team.. Is this why we associate with a brand to get poor service & no response inspite of repeated msgs.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have installed airtel fiber yesterday and today it is disconnected I am not able to use internet its been max of 4 hours how much more hours you need to resolve. Will I am not paying your service charge???

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Wifi connection from the time it has been installed every few days starts to get issues today again since afternoon it's not working it's not expected from @Airtel_Presence. It's sad to see extremely pathetic service in Ranchi Jharkhand Bariatu.

    Airtel was very rude and gave me a postpaid SIM and did not even tell me about its charges When I asked they said it to me and they also spoke very loudly and gave me a postpaid SIM while trying to reach the target @airtelindia especially chakal andheri East branch

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Applied for a new Airtel WiFi connection through the Airtel Thanks app and paid ₹400 instantly online. Later, the KYC team visited and collected another ₹1500. After that, the installation team came and said there is no 5G/network feasibility in my area, so the connection was cancelled. Despite calling customer support multiple times, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. Please resolve this issue and refund my money ASAP. All the information are in your inbox, but you're not even replying.

Even election votes across 5 states get counted in a day, but you still can’t figure out my data usage mismatch Stop stalling and give a clear answer.     @nishikantsingh9 @airtelindia They deny disconnection upfront. They say your reason is not valid.. so you can stop taking there service when you satisfy them on terms that they decide.. I have to get hold of a person physically at airtel store .. and still it took me 2 hrs to get my disconnection approved.
