@airtelindia I have taken the connection 4 month back only..n after only 15 days it started giving headache.there is always outage prob from your side.i can use net only max 5-7 days a month.i am literally paying Airtel for free..I want to discontinue the connection n want refund

@airtelindia I think you should change tagline to 'Good connectivity only in the living room and 15cms around it' my apartment's carpet area is only 632 sq.ft and When complaint raised your ppl said I need to keep my model nearby or buy a repeater. My jio hotspot's better.

@airtelindia I ve broadband with telephone num 02240142775. The connection breaks down atleast 5 times everyday. Have been complaining for over a week. Black Airtel, hopeless airtel. Yesterday one technician came. He made it worse. No one from Airtel has spoken to me about yet.

Today I noticed that inspite of having sufficient bal on my Airtel no. I am not allowed to send an SMS and being forced to recharge with unlimited recharge to activate outgoing SMS service. Same is the case with Vi and Jio as well. Is this allowed? @TRAI @airtelindia @reliancejio
