    @airtelindia @DoT_India haven't experienced such unprofessional service ever. Postpaid sim showing Roaming. Above that one can't even talk to a customer service executive. Pathetic service. I will definitely switch and tell everyone around me for the same.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The problem has not yet been resolved. I am not able to buy medicines as I cannot receive or send any messages and calls to anyone. So many otps, work calls are ruined. Resolve asap.

    @MumbaichaDon I felt @airtelindia did a OLD Wine in a NEW bottle Act. Earlier terminology was Platinum Customer now Priority Postpaid Fact is Network Suffers but compared 2othrs thy r GOOD I gt Upgrade SMS & nxt day strtd gtng vacuum in Voice Calls. Raised a Complaint Other thing U r Right

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, your local guy Vikas promised a resolution but is now ghosting my calls. Meanwhile, I can't even raise a ticket online because of an "area issue" error. It's been a full day of zero internet during WFH. Need this escalated NOW.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst customer service. I want to terminate/shift my broadband connection but there’s NO option to reach a human executive on your customer care number. Why is it so hard to talk to a real person? Resolve this ASAP.
