    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i am an airtel black cust. On of trust ur cust. exec i moved my dth from dish. Since last 9 days I am trying to get my default airtel pack changed. There has been no solution. Please note I will not pay any charges for pack i dont want to see. @TRAI

    Enraged as an Airtel user at the pathetic network and poor service at Agartala. I'm trying to make important calls; the network is down since evening. Is this the user experience? One would miss out on emergency calls too if this is how Airtel works! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The people in my locality (Pincode-841417) are facing lots of problem regarding Calling issues like listening their own voice,sometimes only their voice reaches to other end &not the vice-versa from last weeks,some are saying bcz of 5G installation

    Airtel customer experience is unfortunate and pathetic at Agartala. My SIM card isn't working since the last one hour in my phone; while other SIM cards are fine. I'm unable to make emergency calls despite multiple attempts. Need immediate resolve. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia -really disappointed with the service.even after recharge of 779 my mother's number not working.outgoing calls stopped even after complaining 2 times.its been 5 days since stoppage of calls but u ppl dont care.kindly do needful
