When everything is online now, @airtelindia is not providing proper internet facility for its customers. When I contact customer care, I happily received a response that it cannot be resolved for the next 24 hours. Is this the service that we should expect from @airtelindia .

@airtelindia In my area there was som thunder storm yesterday and my xstreme fibre was damaged at around 4pm the issue has not been resolved till this time..your process is very slow surely after my pack ends i ll be switching to some other provider.
