    @airtelindia I am using Airtel services from last 12 years. Network of my sim disappeared. I visited Airtel store, Patna to know the issue but found out that the sim was not issued by my id but by other person’s id whom I don’t know and the executive told me that he can’t help me

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews it's been more then 4 days I am chasing you guys to resolve my broadband issue. Everytime the call support team says it will be resolved in 2-3 hours. Such a pathetic response from you guys. What should I do should I stop the services?

    @airtelindia Poor experience. Opted for Airtel DTH xtreme box with refundable security of Rs.2000 as it came bundled with my broadband. I have placed disconnection request on 10th Aug and never heard about it. I need immediate action on this and want my security back ASAP
