    @airtelindia My XStream went down on 24th June, raised a ticket 10056022755, escalated and still the issue is not resolved as of 27-Jun-22 1 PM. Its embarrassing and i did not expect this kind of service from Airtel. I repent now for switching to Airtel. Please cautious with Xtream Fiber.

    @airtelindia @therealkapildev Your team are not working in proper manner still 1 April. My refund amount are not been return still 1 April. Please contact me immediately otherwise i will file an itr 28 June.

    @airtelindia I have experienced worst support and the process to support their customer from Airtel. They did not ever support to change their plan from last 4 days also I am surprised that customer care executive not aware about previous work log.

    @airtelindia this the 5th time in the last 7 days that my Airtel broadband connection got disconnected, there is no way to contact CS to enquire about the reason. Please resolve the issue, the service engineer is rude and careless about Our plight.
