The toll free is awful, regional office is awful. Have to cut rounds of the office numerous times just because the internet doesn’t work. Customers don’t matter to them. Porting out instantly. Please do not choose @airtelindia , opt for any other company. @Airtel_Presence #airtel

And I have seen so many people sharing their stories about how your customer care calls them on the pretext of solving issues but as soon they hung up, they end up getting charged for toolkits they never asked for.
