@Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it is nothing, Airtel moved my phone to a new location 9 years back, since then every assigned complaint goes to old address, all attempts to get their own database corrected have failed brilliantly. Poor Engineers have to then realign between them.

@somilagrawal @Rahulshrivstv @airtelindia You may choose to re-read your previous comments. Airtel and Jio are surely doing a lot of mischievous things after they become duopoly you can say that you don't buy if you don't like but you surely know that it's essential service where govt have no alternative..

@Rahulshrivstv @airtelindia remember this is a missed call while your phone was not in network or switched off. SMS sending service is generic. it cannot have info for all millions of users[ Think of the scale]. also would be a privacy breach. A single app on your device can track private data though.

Pls suggest service providers other than @airtelindia to port and change to that doesn't restrict internet usage. Travelling and needed to use my laptop and can't use the hotspot.

Not because I didn’t know what to write it was because the @airtelindia kept failing my non existent expectations. There is zero costumer support zero solution in terms of every thing. I really hope somebody breaks their monopoly.

Often times people who travel frequently rely on hotspot to get work done, this is horrific I myself relied on hotspot throughout my stay in Ladakh last year when I was working from home. This is one of the worst product decisions by @airtelindia and will only make people considering switching to alternatives!
