@Airtel_Presence The reality is, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia don't care about customers. There is no internet at my place from last 5 days. What I do is call 2 times a day and what they do is "sir your issue will get resolved, we are coordinating with our engineers". This is harassment.

@airtelindia I am already an airtel prepaid user, I am facing severe issues for past couple of days regarding incoming calls and sms, I have raised the complaint from the airtel app and also consulted airtel store at least 5 times but no change. Plz help to resolve this ASAP.

Sharing my experience with #airtelblack, I have raised the issue with broadband service on 19th July'22 and informing that my internet connection is not working. It's been 22nd still not resolved and complaint no 10063671020. Pathetic service #airtelIndia #airtel_presence
