    @airtelindia We were travelling and genuinely panicked. I had to pay the disputed bill just to restore connectivity. Now the issue STILL isn’t fixed.

    @airtelindia This isn’t applicable online. There’s no way to apply the code in online croma stores. And visiting the store comes to 3k discount? Wtf?

    Airtel Black customer. I want to permanently disconnect my Airtel Wi-Fi and mobile postpaid service. Customer care is not helping. My mobile was disconnected after 1 day of payment delay. Pprocess disconnection, final bill and UPC for porting. Urgent.@airtelindia @airtelindiahelp

    @airtelindia I have 2 WiFi connections and both of them are down. Mobile 5g and 4g are down too. I receive an sms saying it'll take 5-6 hours to fix it. Why is this happening?
