  So the 899 pack is without any extra benefits also ? @airtelindia Anyway you customer service is bad, atleast give people some extra service, Your complaint resolution is completely broken, a bot that never understands problem Can't speak to a person easily How much you are collecting, atleast provide better service

  Hey @airtelindia I'm porting to your network after 9yrs long association with #Vi network. Due to unavailability of their network in my new location. Hoping for a much longer association with you. But the porting process is taking 4long days, could it be done early?? I've dm.

  Hello @airtelindia, quite unhappy with your WiFi services, need to discontinue my connection. Please initiate closure process. Your customer care takes ages to reach the executive and bot is equally useless. Hence , approach via @X .

  If you want loot money then why are you running company. It's not a begger platform.... Looting money from customer irrespective of good/bad service. Need your customer care with human interaction to claim days of stopped service but it's not available. @airtelindia @FibreAirtel

  @IndianGems_ This very crucial if you work out of the country you can't perform a bank due to OTP **** @airtelindia or @reliancejio makes tons of money just for "Banks otp" If the banks abolished OTP then mobile companies would face a loss
