So @airtelindia & @AxisBank has a scam they use to lure new credit card customer by saying they will give you amazon voucher after 1st month of usage and spoiler alert THEY NEVER DO. If you call their customer care service they raise a ticket for you (more in thread below)

Again the worst service from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I did the recharge in the morning but my calling services are not working yet 😞😞 I even tried to call on 198 but no solution got from ivr too.

Trying to raise a complaint through the Airtel app, internet not working the chatbot telling me to call 198. How do I tell the stupid bot that the IVR menus don't work, even if I press 2,3 it goes on with its own flow, the bengali IVR doesn't work @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
