khyati mitra (@khyatimitra) reported@airtelindia I moved to Ireland recently and did a minimum recharge to keep my SIM active. Despite that there has been no network in my phone and I am unable to receive any OTPs. The customer care executives have been of no help so far. Quite pathetic a service.
