    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer care are the worst. I have raised a concern regarding unlimited 5g internet not working for almost 20days now. Today Umar Majed from L3 said he cannot escalate my call to his senior. Not sure how you train your employees

    @JioCare Hell tired of this **** service I receive from #Jio, now enough is enough.. I didn't wanted to Port to any other network provider, but I guess @airtelindia it is.. I know Jio doesn't care and at this point I don't even care too.. Guys if you are facing internet problem on jio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Tanya from your escalation desk gave me a callback request reference with 24 hours sla and I don't have a callback yet QCBSD1WST20230412084273 I would recommend train your customer care better to stop lying And technical team to resolve issues

    The worst ever experience of mine is with @airtelindia.. Every day in the morning there is huge network problem in my area since last month.. It is adversely affecting my academics because most of the classes are scheduled at that time.. Planning to switch to @JioCare
