    @airtelindia Absolutely unacceptable service! My Airtel DTH has been not working for an unreasonably long time. Instead of actually resolving the issue, the responsible person kept updating/extending the SLA repeatedly. Now, no one is even picking up the calls.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia I need urgent help with a duplicate Airtel Black payment. I paid ₹724.82 on 1 Sep at 4:45 PM via debit card, and ₹824.82 was again deducted automatically on 2 Sep at 8:16 AM via UPI AutoPay.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.

    @Akashpawaar @airtelindia @airtelindia provide better service. You're fibre services is trash it was down 2-3 times last month and now it's down since yesterday. You don't even extend the validity of the plan when outage happens from your side.
