Raised complaint ID 11037576231 — still unresolved. Paid Rs 1500 in advance (receipt enclosed) for a broken 40Mbps connection (Rs 499/- unlimited plan). Today is Aug 11, and there is still no update or resolution. How much longer am I expected to wait? Please provide a clear status and resolve this matter urgently.

AJ (@its__ajinkya) reported@airtelindia Moreover, there is no option available in the app to request disconnection of Wifi, forcing customers to contact customer care multiple times just to cancel a service. I strongly recommend improving this process & providing a simple option in the app to disconnect the connection.

It worked for the 1st bill, but from the 2nd bill, the discount vanished. Support closed my Ticket: 4514842120 without fixing it. Fix this!
