    I paid for an airtel fiber connection on 27th Dec and opted for the 999₹ plan for 3 months. They said the installation will happen in a day or two. 15 days has been passed since then and they have yet not installed it. This is such a poor service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtelpune : Not at all happy with the customer service which i got. I got my sim card replaced after following all formalities and i have been told that new sim will take 5 days to activate. It's been 15 days now, the issue is same its not yet activated
