    @airtelindia I’m facing network outage for past 1hr on my Airtel prepaid mobile connection. Neither I’m able to make calls nor able to use data. I’ve taken an international roaming pack on this no. and will be leaving from india tomorrow evening. Pls resolve.

    @airtelindia one of your CSR Dholo choudhary disconnect the call and said I can't tell you the same information again and again and disconnected the call he saying he's system is down he can't help me right now call us in the morning and he disconnected the call @consumerforum_
