    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed. Despite having postpaid 5G, compatible device & coverage, Airtel Priority Postpaid is still not activated on my number 9166298877. Multiple complaints raised, no resolution. Please fix this ASAP or escalate. #Airtel #CustomerService

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My broadband has been completely down for 5 DAYS due to a modem issue. SR No: 11031582339 I've called your customer support repeatedly, only to receive the same scripted response and false commitments every single day.

    Because of this delay, I cannot proceed with my eSIM activation. A routine customer request has now become a multi-day ordeal for absolutely no valid reason. Customers deserve better than endless waiting and scripted responses. @airtelindia @TRAI @DoT_India
