    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia had complained about my Internet TV Set Top Box not working, on Friday (8th Jan 2021). The engineer allocated came on Saturday without a spare STB, promised that he will be getting one by evening that and asked to reschedule for the next day.

    @airtelindia I dont understand the trainings given to customer care exec, and u still charging 50p/3m. I just asked wht r call charges for UAE, told 2.5p/s, and after ISD18pack, he said rs25/m. I made call at rs13/m. #uselesscustomercare #untrainedstaff

    @airtelindia i have airtel Xstream wifi connection but since yesterday night it was now working. I asked the person to cone and check and he said he will come till evening what is this? Is this your service? I want to remove the connection now. Tell the process
