@airtelindia @therealkapildev Why jio is better then airtel ? Because jio never stop incoming calls wheater your pack is active or not . I have 2 prepaid sims which is recharge alternate one by one. These Sims are ported from airtel . So think about it and change your policy for your better future.

@airtelindia Hi @airtelindia my wifi is not working from last 5 days no one is coming to my home to rectify the issue, this is your good service like seriously, I have raised a complaint on 12th may and till now it is not rectified, landline no. is 07124008018 solve the issue fast.

@airtelindia I am not able to use internet on my broadband from yesterday evening, and you have made sure that customers cannot talk to the customer care executives. Expected resolution time was yesterday 6:30 pm but still not resolved.

@airtelindia @therealkapildev Worst network, i complained it for 3 time already, for 1 complain they reply on airtel app that your complain resolved but there is no change in network, worstet network, even there is no easy way to contact with their customer care I suggest to not to choose ever airtel.
