I have validity in my sim card.. I even have additional balance other than talktime but I can't send SMS by using that balance untill i have an unlimited pack. This is @airtelindia for you. If you are unhappy with the service and want to port u'll have to spend 149. @TRAI

@Airtel_Presence Sir,It's okay, but kindly note here all other operator are providing service, then why technical constraints for Airtel and secondly the location is in centre of city, the technical constraints should be rectified immediately, as i think it would not be major thing. @airtelindia

.@airtelindia should learn how to address customer grievances, from @ACTFibernet Maybe it is a problem of scale, maybe mindset. On Airtel, I spent 16 mins to register a complain that my office broadband wasn't working. On ACT, it takes less than a minute through their app 👍
