    and you responded to us (only once) that payment will refunded within 10 days and it's been more than 15 days but nothing has been credited. If at all you're not gonna accept third party service, then why you are giving access for recharge from the 3rd party (2/n) @airtelindia

    @consumerforum_ @TRAI : @airtelindia cause 30 mins to 3 hours downtime on my 4G network wherein I can't use 4G services during that period. Upon raising more than 10 complaint over 8 months period, airtel did not resolve. Today they sent me bill. Do i pay the bill? #vittalgopal
