    @airtelindia what sort of dark patterns do you run on your Airtel thanks app? I’ve been trying to terminate my WiFi connection and after a significant circle jerk on the app, the raised request is marked resolved. I am not paying you for WiFi. Consider the connection terminated.

    @Airtel_Presence Non service executive have reached out to my help. 5 days all services down I am paying the bills yet unable to use 1.WiFi Internet 2.DigitalTV Extremely poor service would definitely not recommend @airtelindia Airfiber services to anybody.

    @airtelindia Over the past two days, I’ve had no internet connectivity. All relevant details have already been shared with Airtel, yet there’s been no resolution. This is the worst service experiences in Goa. Kindly address this issue urgently. My service request is 11029139079

    @airtelindia , worst service and support , again line got disconnected..every week we had a issue , customer care team ( dedicated account person saying same recordable script every time but there is no permanent solutions ,, this also part of cheating only

    Airtel is doing so much fraud with customers. one of them is - they exhaust your data without you even using , then you dnt hv a choice and recharge , then your network shows only 1 bar so you wont be able to exhaust this newly recharged data fully . @TRAI @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have some issues with your prepaid connection.. whenever I am trying to contact customer care, only recorded hindi voice is there. Why regional language or atleast English not available? Is there any way to choose language.. completely frustrated
