  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence number is dnd registered but daily without fail I received 2 to 3 promotional sms where prices r mentioned of service n pack, camouflaged as service, 1909 exc denied to take complaint, mails ids till appellate not responding. This is how pathetic u have been

  @airtelindia your customer service is the worst! I had applied for a duplicate sim as my current sim has suddenly stopped working and the local airtel office says I need to apply for it from the region/state where the sim belongs. When searched on internet, I found no such rule.

  @airtelindia whats your customer care email id ?? Why you are charging extra amount in the name of taxes ?? I didnt subscribe or opt for additional channels But im getting text msgs as channel got activated Why u r activating new channels without my consent ???
