    I think @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is facing crisis like Jet Airways that they have stopped responding to customer queries, it's a very poor customer care team, #socialmedia team of airtel is much more pathetic, that after first response they don't revert to customer

    @VodafoneIN One of your executive called me and asked me to Port out from Airtel. He gives me a plan worth Rs 299 fixed bill and promise me to have Amazon Prime with it. I did MNP from @airtelindia to vodafone but I didn't find any such offer for my number. Please help me out.

    @NeetuGarg6 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia its the same with #vodafone as well. I get multiple marketing calls and messages even though DND is active. Looks like these service providers are hand in glove in sharing numbers to telemarketers.
