    @airtelindia -- after using your postpaid billing service , internet is very poor in navi mumbai from nerul to airoli . Even in home I'm unable to use internet service. It take 15 min to load a Twitter page . Fed up of the service .

    @VodafoneIdeaIN only from Vodafone... Being and loyal customer from start we can expect this level of service... So if this problem doesn't solve it will switch all my family members portability to @airtelindia or might be with @reliancejio or something else.

    @airtelindia no network in mobile(9860408284) for last 4 days when visited about this issue to the nearest ARC they said simcard needs to be changed but unfortunately no simcards available with your ARC(Bavdhan/Kothrud) for last 4 days. Suffering like anything. Please resolve

    @airtelindia Trying to connect with Customer support from last 30mins,I have recharged ₹128 through my Airtel App & the service is not working, sms received to recharge the unlimited pack, Why unlimited pack is compulsory & what is a use of all other packs.

    @airtelindia very bad service by airtel. i recharged Data pack of 12gb but within two days it's laps. I don't know how it is possible without downloading any data it's laps. Thinking to change from Airtel to jio.

    @airtelindia It's really pathetic service as i booked Airtel Xtreme,and believe as we are not getting good internet service from Airtel but will get good service at delivery of Xtreme box and setup everything it is worst ever no body is responding as we live in palava city

    @airtelindia i placed order for for DTH but past two weeks the airtel technitian postponing the installation of DTH. This is the sevice i am getting from Airtel. Now i am planing to get connection of Jio fiber. Thank you Airtel for great Service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am appalled at such pathetic support from Airtel. I have never seen a customer service industry that shows this level of apathy. Had DMed my queries & concerns, but yet to get even an acknowledgement. Few yrs back it wasn't the case with Airtel

    @airtelindia I had Airtel Xstream Fiber A/c 20002583701 which is not bring used from 15 July 2022 and requested to close this connection . But you are sending bill again and again . I have informed your customer care so many times. Please stop sending illegal bill to me.
