@VodafoneIN One of your executive called me and asked me to Port out from Airtel. He gives me a plan worth Rs 299 fixed bill and promise me to have Amazon Prime with it. I did MNP from @airtelindia to vodafone but I didn't find any such offer for my number. Please help me out.

After 3-4 weeks the complaint was not Solved yet. I am Switching to Jio. Complaint:- In our place, there is a good network outside the house, but whenever I go Inside home, the entire network goes. Do not get any calls due to network Issue. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I think @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is facing crisis like Jet Airways that they have stopped responding to customer queries, it's a very poor customer care team, #socialmedia team of airtel is much more pathetic, that after first response they don't revert to customer

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Hi team I have face problems network & call drop. This Sim used aprox 2 year. This reason going vashi navi mumbai shop for change Sim. Bt want 25 rs for change. I not understand why this charge. Other provider not taken.
