    @airtelindia asked for your Wifi connection. Paid a deposit of 1500. Installation POC didn't show up for a week. Cancelled the order but your team keeps delaying the refund. They keep asking me to wait for a call to refund my money? What is this customer experience? HORRIBLE!

    @airtelindia Adei, do you have something to call as customer service? My Wifi is not working since yesterday and your service engineer doesn't pick calls. The ticket assigned to him should have been already resolved by the ETA provided by you.

    @airtelindia been on 121 for 11+ minutes just navigating the IVR menu with no human rep option. I need to raise billing dispute for ISD usage, is there a way to talk to support way?

    Idk why am I rechargin for @airtelindia data packs anymore. There's no network connection even in peak areas of Bangalore. Every normal call switches to wifi call. Min recharge is 1.5 gb per day which goes waste coz wifi Switched from @JioCare to this only to face the same issue.

    I am no longer satisfied with this service. Therefore, please disconnect/terminate my Airtel Black connection and provide me with written confirmation once the connection has been closed. @airtelindia
