  Hi Airtel, when I initially checked my device readiness, Priority Postpaid was enabled on my Airtel postpaid number. However, after checking again, it's now showing "Phone not ready" and says my device doesn't support the required software. I'm using a Google Pixel 7 running the latest Android 16, and 5G SA/Network Slicing are already enabled on my number. Could you please clarify why this status has changed and help resolve the issue? @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

  Then @airtelindia raised request to disconnect my airfiber connection instead of fiber. Later they restored by airfiber connection and refusing to refund remaining balance. Cheaters sitting in airtel entered in system that customer wants to continue connection which I never.

  @airtelindia my sms service not working since esim upgrade and its been 32 hours. Customer care doesn't respond. Ivr transfers paid calls to kannada speaking executive. They dont transfer call to hindi or english. Call keeps getting charged. Pure harrassment and earning money too
