Recently I had an issue with my internet speed for @airtelindia broadband. I contacted the customer care and got my issue resolved within hours. The way they handled the service was awesome. They shared one OTP and asked to give it to the technician only if the issue is resolved!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia For new SIM the Airtel store charged Rs 100😠 But as per your message I received - Your SIM Change request for mobile number: 8984708012 is completed. Retailer would have charged you Rs 50/- as service charge for SIM change.

@airtelindia Sir,It is to inform that a broadband commercial connection to be installed at FCI, PRAYAGRAJ, UP. Regarding this FCI Official contacted to 121 customer service last Friday and Saturday as well, but no response got from the customer executive. Please do needful.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst service ever. I have a refund pending since 2 weeks and no one is bothered to process it. When we give you money we pay immediately but when it comes to you, you guys try to delay hoping that the customer will forget and you can pocket it.

@airtelindia, my #airtelxstream is not working since last 2 days and your customer care chat service is just lame. It goes in circle rather than connecting to real people or resolving anything. Please fix it before I switch to #Jiofibre or any other service.
