@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Due to Airtel Network issue I made a call to Customer service, they said that go with new one. But when I went to office for "New Sim Card With Same Number" they are charging 150 to 300rs for replacement. I think this is a new scam from Airtel.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your 198 IVR service is really worst. I can't even connect to a customer care executive. 1st of all, the ivr service is not able to recognise that I'm pressing the required button on my dialler, then it says that I've used maximum number of attempts.

@airtelindia How to watch when you are fail to provide basic services. Frequent service interruption make difficult to do basic work. U are not reliable any more

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We are experiencing worst broadband and 4G in Mumbai, Malad East, Omkar Altamonte towers. Troubled network has left half of your service holders suffering every single day. If issues persist, all of us will switch over to another service provider.
