@airtelindia #Airtel have been complaining of call drops and poor signal for the last 8 months. Have made 3 complaints so far thru their Airtel Thanks App . Very poor response by the service provider. I get a feeling they are not bothered about their customers .

Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , your Sat Nagar store is absolutely horrendous. Also, none of your employees are wearing a mask properly. I really don’t want to take their pictures without consent. But this is pathetic. And they are prioritising postpaid over prepaid.. Bad.

@airtelindia it's been 4 days since my airtel xstream fiber connection was installed however it has still not been configured and activated. 3 technicians have visited over the last 3 days and still the problem has not been resolved. Please look into this.
