Your representatives are claiming my last recharge was on 08 December 2025, while I clearly recharged my number with ₹349 on 20 February 2026. I even have the payment proof. Why are your staff lying again and again instead of solving the issue properly? Completely frustrating and pathetic customer support. Fix this nonsense and reactivate my number immediately.

You’re quick to bill customers but nowhere to be found when the service dies. Stop selling “high-speed reliability” when you can’t even keep the internet running for 24 hours.
