    @airtelindia I have raised for fiber connection on myairtel APP. However I didn't receive any call from your respective team. Guess @airtelindia don't love thier new customer acquisition!!!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Wifi Network is not coming and I have kept calling several times customer care but either they are not picking up or if picking they ignore hy saying we working on it. Facing issue in office work.

    @airtelindia complaining for past few days as video signal not received. Ur service is very poor think to switch on tatasky as ur service engineer ordered as he will visit on his suitable time. If it is not a free service then why ur service is poor.

    @airtelindia your customer service is as bad as it was 5 years back! A broadband issue will be catered to in 6+ hours, and the customer care helpline is pathetic, doesn't recognise even the account number!

    @airtelindia I have internet outage since July 1 2022 morning, I have raised the issue but till now no solution, I have to spent unnecessary on mobile data to continue my work from home Please take this issue on priority and fix it ASAP

    @airtelindia @airtelindia As a company grows bigger and bigger, the service of that company goes down exactly in the opposite way. Airtel which claims to be the No 1 Telco in India, is disgusting and pathetic when it comes to customer satisfaction and service. 1/2

    @airtelindia finally i am cancelling my Airtel broadband subscription within 15 days of taking a new connection. Thanks for the worst service. My broadband has been down for 3 days and no resolution is done despite multiple complaints. Service compliant number: 10059246814
