@airtelindia Extremely disappointed by the pathetic and insensitive customer service by one of India's so called biggest ISP, which can't provide a resolution even after numerous calls and follow- ups. Tall claims VS atrocious reality.

When u have Game Night but my ISP provider bullying me my cutting off internet. @airtelindia No SMS, no update, customer care is not answering calls for 12-13 mins and hang up. Try again the wait again and u get to know there is an outage but again they cant send confirmation.
