@airtelindia After being a loyal customer for years, I didn't expect to be (almost seems like tactfully) exploited in this way. During the hard Covid times, when i needed help from you the most, you conveniently 'could not figure out' any solution for me. Very disappointed tbh.

@airtelindia Dear @airtelindia @airtelnews you are misguiding customers in the recharge by not mentioning terms and conditions. Just because I did my recharge prior to the date 5 days got deducted and it was not mentioned anywhere. Customer care is saying it’s my fault

@airtelindia I recharged my Airtel number today when the due date was on 28-02-2022. My next plan should start from 1-03-2022 and end on 28-03-2022 by why do i get 25-03-2022 as next due date. Pathetic service for recharging in advance @airtelindia
