    .@airtelindia After upgradation to fiber, the connectivity has become so poor. Keep on calling us for upgradation of existing plan... As if the current plan is for free. Are we not paying you that you give us such poor services.

    @airtelindia I have been using broadband services from your side for 6+ years. You have been great in providing best customer service but unfortunately you haven't been able to keep up with the pace of change. In the age of fiber and 5G tech you are still attached to copper.
