    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia facing outage often. Whats wrong!! Customer care rep is simply saying outage and it will be resolved. I didn't get any intimation or msg regarding outage

    Not yet the @airtelindia fibet setup in the area like maharadhtra, mumbai, andheri & you guys pretend to be the best network. Now after i recharged on my airtel other sim i am feeling like i my sepf went to the physing hook which pirates for the physing #Airtel #disappointed

    My business number has been deregistered from my name, have emailed regarding this matter many times to airtel support and also had visited airtel store many times but there was no reply and no action to my issue @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia.

How do you think your customers perception of your teams capability will change with such a slow/no response?     @airtelindia I am looking for duplicate sim but customer care is not able to help. My sim is Mumbai circle and I moved out of Mumbai 10 years back ,how can I give you Mumbai address proof .I can provide my actual pune address for verification which you are not accepting. Help

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Airtel is very sharp and money wasting company when you recharge for one year than his speed like 2G ... so if you have any enemy than suggest Airtel network......

    Why do we face such problem inspite of getting better service from @airtelindia ? I am an gold airtel user but yet dont fell like an i am having an gold membership of airtel because of no followup on the network problems since 1.5yrs i am placing the issue but no relolution yet
