@airtelindia worst network in my location no Internet as per speed test only 1.47 MBPS speed is there. If is is not resolved I have to change my network to other subscribers.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have airtel postpaid connection and I'm a regular customer for quite some time. I'm not able to access internet properly. I'm getting very poor service from the app as well. Not able to raise a complaint. And not even able to talk to customer care

@airtelindia @VittalGopal I am not happy with customer service as they have messed. One of your agent made a mistake due to which my day to day activities are stopped as my bill reached to Rs 28,000/ instead of Rs 5,000. No one is ready to take the ownership to resolve the issue

@airtelindia I have airtel postpaid connection, and I'm not able to access internet properly even when I'm not in problematic areas qt all. I'm getting very poor service. In the airtel thanks app, I'm not able to raise a complaint. I'm not even able to contact the customer care.
