    Dear @airtelindia What’s going on with the network ? It’s been almost 5 days now ... internet barely works in our area. We’ve complained multiple times but still no proper response. At least give us an update or fix the issue soon.

    @airtelindia there is a broadband connection issued in my name 600km away from where I stay. Customer care states anyone can give any number and get a connection and no kyc needed. What if there is a security breach? how do I deactivate it now? @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Booked Airtel AirFiber on 16 May in Villupuram and paid ₹1500, but no installation and no response till now. Very poor service after collecting payment. Request immediate action—either complete installation or process refund without delay.

    @airtelindia you call your network spam free but you don't shy away from spamming your own customers. I receive 10 calls everyday from Airtel WiFi support and everyone says that you won't receive any further calls but bam.. just 30 mins later there is another calls. Pathetic!

    @airtelindia Very disappointed with the delay in my broadband refund. Installation was not possible in my location but I am still getting contradictory updates instead of a resolution. Please process my refund immediately before I escalate further.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Getting continuous flash popup messages on my iPhone with no way to disable. Your AI support is useless and not connecting to a real executive. This is clear mental harassment. Fix this immediately and deactivate Airtel Flash / Class 0 messages.
