it's been 5 days that i put a request to shift my @airtelindia broadband connection to the new address and I'm still waiting for the technician to come and do it. worst experience of my life. every time i call the customer service, they say it will be fixed in 4 hours.

@airtelindia when other ISP like Jio , Vodafone have improved their network quality over the months which are enabling people for WFH model. Otherside Airtel who had better network quality have degraded not only their internet connectivity but call quality is also impacted.
