Unfortunately, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is getting into a scam. Charged Rs 2,829 towards #AirtelXtream Fiber connection to be valid for 3 months. Haven't provided service for a month, and now asking for more money and stopped the connection. #badcustomerservice #Broadband

Hey @airtelindia How's it possible that two customers are getting two different benefits in the same recharge amounts pack? For Rs. 79, One user is able to send msgs but other user is facing no sms benefit issues. I mean, HOW?
