    Extremely disappointed with Airtel AirFiber. My internet has been down for over 30 hours despite multiple complaints, no technician has visited. It’s also impossible to reach a customer care advisor. Is this the level of service Airtel promises? @airtelindia #StayAwayFromAirFiber

    @cneuralnetwork @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is the worst provider out of all. Move to other providers with better limits and support! Airtel will only act if your post gains significant traction to protect its reputation.

    @airtelindia Also let me know how to connect to your customer executive. I called on 121 but they want me to recharge with some talktime, while my unlimited plan is already active. This is a limit. Atleast the customer helpline should be easily accessible.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very disappointed by Airtel network. service quality is getting worse day by day. Today, the network was down for almost 6 hours, causing major inconvenience. Customers deserve better reliability and service.

    @airtelindia unable to make / receive calls and access internet from my Airtel mobile network in my home. Incidentally, airtel wifi works fine here. What's the issue?
