  @reliancejio It seems jio is purposely slowing down the internet speed for jio fibre users who do not go for a high value recharge. Jio never actually aspired long term customer loyalty. I have been an @airtelindia customer for 12 years. Tried Jio fibre now feels like a mistake.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia All of your employees are a bunch of frauds who are stealing the hard earned of customers. Your equipment is cheap grade just like your customer support. No wonder they fail all the time. You should rename yourself to FraudTel.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst broadband experience with u. There is not even good customer care. I have requested for fiber upgrade since 2 months but it is still not have been upgraded. Price is double and service is worst.Even broadband fluctuations are of worst condition
