@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence are you taking your postpaid customers for a ride? I was being billed for Rs 799/- plan for several years, how come suddenly it's stopped & I am.being moved to Rs 999/- plan. That's against the commitment when the customer takes a new PP connection

And today they crossed the limit when an @airtelindia executive called from the company number to help me and asked me for some information and when I gave all the information to him, then he hung up the phone.

Very bad customer service from @Airtel_Presence. @airtelindia always make execuse of "sir please change your sim card and take a duplicate sim from nearest airtel store." Disgusting! @consumerforum_ please have a look on it. They are providing worst service.
