    @airtelindia . After 40 hours my internet is still down. Airtel customer care is saying there is no TAT reflecting for resolution. Don't know when my issue will be resolved. Should I shift to other connection. Really frustrated by response.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Why does it take 7 whole days to merely update an email address on my registered phone number. To get an eSIM now I'll have to wait 7 days to first get the email updated and then the eSIM activation process. Some help for a mere emailid update!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your network in my area has degraded a lot. Even the Airtel app doesn't work on airtel's network. When I switch to my second sim (Jio) everything works. Can you do something about your network the way your advertisements show??

    @airtelindia poor signal in RANIBAGH New Delhi 110034 Area from last 4 years and no one respond about that issue. A big numbers of email, twitter, social media but no results. So tell me are you interested in poor signal issues or we port to another provider.

To reinitiate your request, SMS ESIM <email ID registered against this number> to 121. To update your email ID, Call to 121.
