    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I raised a request for Airtel broadband connection on 22 Aug, made the payment on 23 Aug. Your engineer did the wiring on 23rd Aug but till now I have not got the router. I feel like I have done a mistake trying to switch to Airtel. Please help!

    Problem continues for 2nd day…and no one from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has bothered to get in touch with us…and they are boasting of #AirtelBlack being a one point solution. Good I did not rely on these jokers to provide connectivity at my office and chose a trusted ISP.

    @airtelindia I have recharged 50 GB 3 weeks paying 251. I am unable to use what i paid for and your support is unable to help they say that they have escalated. I have daily internet pack of 2 G B and My internet gets disconnected even though my accounts shows 50 GB. This us ridiculous.

    @airtelindia My incoming and outgoing services have been stopped due to not making recharge ,today I recharged successfully but services are still not restored, not even allowing to raise same concern to customer care , This is the worst service ever
