    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ur WiFi services face outage very often and it takes unreasonable time 2 get it back. This is becoming chronic. Do you even have a system to rectify it once and for all. This is 2nd time in less than a weeks time. Last time it to 3 days to sort out.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Requested Wi-Fi disconnection for A/c no. 04089390633_AP on 13th May, but still active. Also paid ₹500 for IPTV on 2nd May, yet service not provided. Since I no longer wish to continue, process refnd & disconnect immediately. wrst customer service

    To, @airtelindia Subject: Complaint Regarding Slow Internet Speed Despite Active Unlimited Data Plan Dear Airtel Team, I am facing extremely slow internet speed on my Airtel mobile network even though I have an active unlimited data plan. The network signal appears full, but internet services are barely working. Browsing, video streaming, and social media apps are taking too long to load. This issue has been continuing for some time and is causing major inconvenience in daily use. I request you to kindly check the network issue in my area and resolve it as soon as possible. Details: Network: Airtel 4G/5G Issue: Very slow internet speed despite full signal Active Plan: Unlimited Data Plan Problem Duration: Continuous/Regular Please resolve the issue at the earliest or provide a proper solution.     @airtelindia 068027194371_wifi . Since 5days there is no service. After raising the request the chatbot has been issued a service request number assigned to the engineer but no one responded. Today without resolving the issues the engineer went away. Is it not cheating to consumers? Now no customer care is receiving the call. No service request is also registered at the App. It is very unfortunate

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and this has nit happened for the 1st time. Faced this issue whilei was traveling too. Then u guys gave a vague excuse that my phone switched to 4G which actually didn't happened. N today i was on 5G full time still data exhausted. R u just fooling customers

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi Till now no resolution provided. If you can't let me to change the plan, then I wish to close the Airtel broadband connection. You people are creating unnecessary mental agony to me and causing financial loss by not letting me to change plans

    The worst service of shifting from one city to another. Sales says its very easy with #Airfiber while purchasing and at the time of service. No support. Custmr care says sorry n engineer doesn't pickup. I have family postpaid, OTT DTH and Wifi plan Thanks @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @FibreAirtel @airtelnews Last year on April 2025 I purchased wifi and your partner took ₹2500 from me and installed it but till now I haven't used a single gb of data because u gave very bad router so I couldn't connect it with any device (1/n)
