    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hello Airtel team, Charging customers for service charges on every visit after disruption of service is not a customer centric policy. I changed Set-top box 2 months back and currently facing intermittent issue. None of our factors causing the issue

    @airtelindia unable to get service on phone after landing abroad. Intl roaming is active, card has balance and validity and was working fine in India. Cannot search for networks as it gives error. Restarting, disabling didn't help. Help?

    Dear @airtelindia @airtelindia . My number is not working due to uncertain reason. Being my official mobile number all my communications are blocked. I am not even able to get resolution by customer care. Such a frustrating service. I should have thought twice before using it.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I want to deactivate my broadband , I don't see an option in the application nor am I able to talk to your so called "customer care", where is the option to opt out ?
