    My Internet is not working properly after converting my connection to fiber optic also my internet is not working. I haven't paid for this type of service from airtel. Last time I am complaining otherwise shifting to some other operator. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Broadband not working properly kindly take some serious action and if you can't take then let me know. converted my connection to fiber cable then also it is not working. Complaint about my problem many times in customer care but no response. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia your recharge plan's are too much costly than other service provider and no service like other ex. tv/movies another app view .im using your service from 2010 but i have disided to port it .thanks

    I am extremely disappointed by the employees of @airtelindia . Its been 5 months since airtel has a fiber available in my city but not in my area. I request them every month still i have no response help @Airtel_Presence
