Is that right if I pay for something but company don't provide what i paid for? Company should fine charges? If "yes" then telecom company who claim for 4G and after Recharge they can't provide 4G network. They should charges fine. @ConsumerCourt_ @airtelindia @rashtrapatibhvn

@airtelindia My mobile number 9725253018 is not able to Volte. Why? Enable service for this number. All other sim card have Volte enabled in my handset. Vodafone and jio working fine with Volte but in airtel I am not able to enable, what the rubbished this?

Airtel advertisement says like you will get network connectivity at Himalayas also still I am not able to use 4G internet. It's always fluctuating from 4G to E. Jio service is better than urs. Try to resolve issue or I will switch. @Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I am facing network issue from 1 month...It automatically switches to 2G while i am having phone compatible with 4G VOLTE. I don't know why customer care are not providing the solution after complaining the issue...

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence even after complaining that much no response we recieve since 2019 for your 4G internet. They just say "our team is working on that area you will get 4G speed soon" but results are so bad. Even my room is on 3th floor what can I do just tell me?

@airtelindia I am Naveen from Gorakhpur. I registered airtel xtreme on 18 June and paid all charges immediately. But Due to the worst service I got, Today 22 June, still no connection at my home. Customer care is also of no help. Really disappointed by the brand you strive for.
