@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please provide the service you promise. Ticket raised yesterday but no service was received yet. Can't contact who and when someone would come. App saying "it is taking longer than expected". Work without internet? Can I rely on your service?

I have raised one ticket 73011889 for Airtel DTH issue on 14th October, still engineer not visit to resolve the issue @airtelindia. Such a poor service. Why are you trying to me to move @reliancejio from Airtel.
