Pathetic service @airtelindia it takes ages to figure out how to raise a complaint and then your executive says you can log complaint on airtel thanks app. This is how you plan to meet target of zero complaint.

I’m informed by their customer care that @airtelindia doesn’t permanently disconnect its DTH connection, simply suspends it. One reason for inflated customer base! Smart move! Please note @DoT_India
