  @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Again I called the local office and he assured me that I will get the work done. I again called him on 26/07/2026 but he did not respond. I complained at the toll free number the same day and I was assured that the complaint has been escalated and a new complaint has been lodged.

  @Airtel_Presence Hi @airtelindia i have installed new air fiber service last month wifi modem is not working for past 2 days and i have raised a ticket too Its been 48 hours still no one called.. But the ticket is showing as resolved and it states modem is replaced. What’s happening? #airtel

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There’s been a network issue inside my home for the past 2 months. Signal is strong only near the window. I raised a complaint earlier, but it was marked resolved even though the issue persists. I never had this problem before. Pls fix this issue.

  @airtelindia complicated app my fathers DTH not working and he is finding difficulty in raising the complain through app the apps to be user friendly for the elderly to use

  I have been complaining repeatedly but you have not taken any action. If the network problem is not resolved within 1 month, then you cannot even think of porting out so many customers. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - How is a customer supposed to report a fault if the IVR and chatbot don't allow raising a complaint? - Why is there no way to speak to a support representative during a complete service outage?• If a new connection fails within 20 days, where is the promised reliability?
