    AIRTEL Worst customer service. It's been 10 days since I applied for shifting of fiber connection. I don't have any number to contact, all I can do is to call at 121 and explain the situation everytime. No call from their side. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @RiseofBurnol Yes, I'm just a couple of kilometres from the @airtelindia corporate office in Chennai, and have only two-bars signal. Can't have a single decent call without voice breaking or call dropping. Have switched to whatsapp calls whenever possible

    @airtelindia Airtel Xpress outlet at Bhikaji Cama Place, Delhi is asking to scan original ID proof for upgrading Sim to 4G. They say that photocopy is not acceptable as per Company policy & DoT requirements. Please help.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I purchased 3 months back airtel fiber plan and paid that money. Now my plan is expiring today. I ask customer care to switch my plan from quarterly to monthly. They asked me to visit store. I visited store, they said they cannot do anything 1/2

    @airtelindia what is the minimum recharge to keep the sms and calls active? My service has been disabled recently. I want the number only for OTPs

    @im_arun07 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Better leave Airtel. I was not able to make call through Airtel sim and therefore contacted customer care. After following the told procedure, I even lost the network. No replies now.
