    Ordered an @airtelindia WiFi UPS on 10 July. Since then, no call or update. I contacted customer service 3 times, and each time they said they’d expedite it and someone would call within 3 working hours. Still nothing. Don’t order WiFi UPS from Airtel. Terrible customer service.

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress There is a recurring issue with STB. I am unable to raise issue on Airtel app. Kindly raise issue and expedite a visit.

    Yes and an another problem with @airtelindia is their spam block. They flash irremovable red screen with no phone number. What purpose does that serve? Or they just silent it. Very often those calls are from delivery agents.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 7 hours of posting this again and multiple calls to customer care, and still no action. This is what you can expect for Airtel now. Please refund my paid amount immediately if you can’t install a connection.

    @airtelindia @TRAI i hv an active 5G Unlmt Pack, but my data gets exhausted after my daily limit, and I can't continue using the internet despite being on the 5G network. This is not in line with the promised 5G benefit. Please look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest
