    @JioCare After several reset to the set top box. I was wondering if Jio really cares that be it @airtelindia or others, one never finds lag in channel chance . Plus no one holds the gun in the head by forced Ads with every channel change.

    @JioCare Rey cheapfellow, requested for tower installation via DM. on 23 August 2021 and till now there is no response..your competitor @airtelindia already installed..improve your network coverage worst fellow... Otherwise the entire village may switch to airtel

    Tried calling your customer care still no response. It's mental harrasment ny @airtelindia . Why you guys call me within 1 hour for new connection and not able to connect with you for shifting of connection. Why it's too difficult for users to just connect with the team.#airtel

    @JioCare JioFiber has not been working since yesterday. Your team keeps changing the resolution time — yesterday alone it was changed twice, and still the issue is not resolved. Pathetic service. I’ve been a very old customer, but now I think it’s better to shift to @airtelindia.
