I have been an Airtel Fiber customer for approximately one year. I have an Airtel Fiber connection installed at my premises, but the fiber wire has not been fixed properly; it is hanging loosely in the street/near my house. This poses a serious risk of the wire getting severed. If the wire breaks, my service will be completely disrupted, causing me significant inconvenience. I have informed the technician about this issue several times, but no one has come to rectify it so far. Therefore, I earnestly request you to forward this complaint to the concerned technician and have the wire secured and fixed as soon as possible to prevent any issues.
