    @airtelindia Again you proved. Airtel worst service provider in India.Provides false services. Accept more money during pack recharge and provide hidden charges to make call. Totally Ridiculous. CC has no answer and disconnect the call.

    My Airtel sim stopped working so i issued a new sim day before yesterday. I was told that it would start working in 6 hours. Then yesterday customer care told me it would take another 24 hours. It’s been 48 hours and the sim is still not working @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely bad service. I have been requesting for shifting of modem since 7 days, no one turned up. Moreover, technician refused to come.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my sim stopped working suddenly and showed no sim inserted. Early morning i visited airtel store & they gave me a new sim. I inserted it in my phone and it was activated which i received as message but in next 5 mins now it shows no service??

    This is really bad @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've requested for an upgrade of my copper connection to Fiber on 2nd of May and it still hasn't been done. The engineers and your Customer care keep telling me it'll happen tomorrow. Is Airtel @TheOfficialSBI now?

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've been using your network for quite some years now. My wife also ported her Vodafone number to Airtel few months back but this experience has been nothing but bizarre. There's not been a single day when I have got proper network for even once
