  @airtelindia seriously sucks in Bangalore. Not some places, most of the places. I think let's start calling as 3G since it works like 3G @Airtel_Presence also of no use, just here to pick these issues and suggest some random old suggestions then forget them Period.

  @airtelindia Internet is down since 24 hours. Complaint filed, got the message that the internet will be restored in another 24 hours. That means 48 hours without internet. The engineer alloted for the repair says he does not work for Airtel anymore. Airtel is now going down.

  @airtelindia Customer care should have representatives who can communicate in English or the local language. Connecting customers to a Hindi-only representative makes communication difficult and wastes everyone’s time. #Airtel #CustomerCare
