    @airtelindia signed up for priority postpaid but now it says my 5G SA enabled handset running the latest software version isn't ready as it does not support SA. I find that hard to believe as Jio sim runs just fine. Can this be looked into?

    @carnation_me @airtelindia They didn't @airtelindia has horrible service, I'm on their new Priority postpaid and something as simple as VoLTE is not work

    @airtelindia @TRAI @DoT_India 60+ hours. All documents submitted. Still waiting for a simple email ID update. My eSIM is blocked because Airtel cannot complete a basic customer request. Utterly unacceptable. 👇

    @airtelindia One of the most unprofessional, Hopeless and shameless service provider Money taken for wifi installation on 26 May and after that no one contacts Repeated requests to all possible places got same reply we are working on your problem Shameless airtel

    Dear Airtel, From 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM, then 2:30 AM 2:30pm now again 8:30 PM only new promises, no solution. Customer support is unreachable and IVR keeps repeating the same message. Fix the issue immediately or I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Commission. @airtelindia
