    @airtelindia An Airtel engineer informed me today that a Wi-Fi connection is already active on my Aadhaar and has an overdue bill. I never took or authorized this connection. I have no screenshot/details. My Aadhaar appears to have been misused. Please investigate and close it immediately.

    @airtelindia this is genuinely ridiculous. Our fiber has been down since APRIL because of a wire issue that wasn’t even our fault. We had already paid the installation charges and recharged for 3 months in advance.

    @airtelindia , we’re paying for a 300 Mbps internet plan, but the actual speed isn’t even reaching 50 Mbps. With our team relying heavily on the internet for daily work, this is seriously affecting productivity.Please look into this issue and get it resolved at the earliest.
