    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had recently purchased Airtel wifi and paid 1500 engineer visited on 4/4 due to network issue it wasn't installed engineer no9566547811 also post on x two days before no solution made.and no response till now.very poor response.

    @airtelindia I had a terrible experience with still pending installation of Airtel Wifi. It has been rescheduled thrice with all advance payment done. Hi Gaurav kumar, we're sorry as your Airtel Wi-Fi installation with order ID 21-164286576994 has been rescheduled.

    Today also request created no one came for the installation abhi yahi new wifi connection houta toh turant 30 min me aata. This is the main reason why most of the people trust Jio more then Airtel. Your customer support is the biggest flaw. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    New SIM activated today but SIM card and have already paid ₹350 for a recharge. However, the recharge has not come my recharge, and I am currently unable to make calls or use any network services. please check this and activate my full network service immediately @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Pathetic. The first time I faced such an issue, I got to know a how customer unfriendly you are. I can only chat with you bot, wait endlessly, or talk to a CC who can only do escalation, which is what they are doing from 15 days.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews worst customer experience. When having a new connection you send your tech person within 30 mins to the location. But when it comes to any issues it takes ages to solve the issue. Ticket# 11028381162

    @airtelindia @MIB_India It has been 9 days since the recharge, and we are still unable to use the internet. No action has been taken so far to resolve the issue. The problem remains unresolved despite multiple follow-ups.
