  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What is wrong with the Airtel 5g service?? Absolutely no 5g network on Kolkata Jadavpur pincode area since morning !!! Fix this issue... Most of the times people don't get 5g network from their home ... we have to stand on road or roof !! Are we living in 2010 era !!! What kind of network you people run??!! Do one thing just stop Prepaid service and Only Run and Focus on Postpaid special service Let's see how many customers you people can pull !!!!

  @airtelindia this is for your information, due to your staff negligence in service I am discontinuing my all services with you. I have requested for my wifi shifting on 17/8/26. At the time of request your staff entered wrong area pin code. Due to it. Not able to update my addres

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why is there no response from your side? My Internet is not working since 3 days, it shows 5g but download speeds are of 0.01 Mbps. On 198, the recorded message just says our team is working on it! Why is there no update @TRAI please intervene
