Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

@airtelindia today I faced a problem regarding my Airtel fiber broadband. The wire which comes from the pole to my modem got burned die to some reason and why am I suppose to pay for that wire fixing ? Jio never took any charges.
