  It's 2026, with 5G and Air Fiber, 1 GBPS, and all that, but it's been almost 48 hours since I complained and my wifi issue still isn't fixed. I haven't gotten a call or a visit, and I've called customer service like 10 times, all they say is they've "escalated" it. @airtelindia

  1/4 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely bad service in Hyderabad. My WiFi shifting was scheduled for 16 Aug and Airtel has still not completed it. Now, after repeatedly promising installation TODAY, Airtel has suddenly rescheduled it to 20 Aug without any proper explanation.

  @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtelcare_Up I complained about the wifi not working, got a call from the technician he mentioned a diff address. After asking he said, number is yours but all information is for someone else. Is this a security issue or a glitch ? Wifi issue persists.
