Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

If i would have done half number of complaints to @airtelindia they surely had solved the problem by installing new required equipment on nearby towers or installing a new tower. But in ur case you just call after 10days to tell we can't do anything we do not have [4]

@airtelindia @airtelbihar May I know why my number has been did out of service. staff from the Airtel Center Siwan,it is saying that SIM card has been closed due to being old. So I want to tell you that I have an older sim card than this, but till now there is no issue.
