    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    I changed my network VI to AIRTEL .But at the day I changed I got bad experience form AIRTEL network. I didn't get VOLTE services even though my mobile supports VOLTE services. @airtelindia look into this .

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia have been finally able to resolve the problem by porting the number to Vi. Minutes after submitting the porting request, I started receiving calls from Airtel. They had finally found time for a 71-year-old customer who was with them for 20 years.

    @Airtel_Presence I have been listening to this same **** excuse for the past one week? Someone from your company has done a fraud and transferred the refund which was supposed to be credited to my account in his own account and you people can’t find who that person is? @airtelindia

    @airtelindia once I asked you for a help but it already have been a long days and you are still ignoring your customers issue. I guess Airtel is not friendly as like before. I think you must wrap up your business if you ignore your customer's problems like this.
