    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence u have pathetic customer care. They don't even know what is the SLA and priority, we are facing call drop issues from the mrng nd escalated same to customer service. They are saying to change mobile but why? Everyone in the location is facing issue.

    It’s been two days there’s no proper Wi-Fi connection n wen v go 2 the app run the diagnosis immediately I get a msg due 2 technical issue u may experience service disruption fr 2hrs n dat bcomes a day bt wen da bill is jst delayed fr a day u cal us ryt away #Airtel @airtelindia
