    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    @airtelindia changed my broadband from copper to optical Fibre in November. In less than three months there were six outages. The time to rectify is anywhere between 6 hrs to 4 days. I have not seen such poor service record in my 22 years of association. #shame_airtel @TRAI

    @hetalizer @airtelindia @JioCare Jio promised a lot but never covered kathe lane, Dwarka, manekshaw Nagar as for Airtel fibre optic the never go beyond college road in Nashik I suppose looks like a huge customer base are not cared for even after requesting jio nobody made an concrete steps to provide in here🤔?

    @airtelindia plz avoid airtel fiber connection it is now 4 days that static ip is not allotted and zero connect between what field engineers says and customer service says. Mtnl can be better.

    @airtelindia I am not even able to raise a service request from airtel thanks due to technical glitch by application. I really wonder how nicely airtel has started this type of fraud. People who are busy will not bother or communicate and these guys will never show up to refund

    @Airtel_Presence worst service given. For past one hour unable to contact customer care. Even with reacharge unable call any one . Would like to change to other networks. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence REQUEST you to disconnect my wifi as its been more than 24hrs and internet is down nobody is redressing the query. Working from home is impossible with your wifi being installed at home

    @airtelindia Airtel sucks !!! No roaming packs available in Ukraine !! Collaborated local network doesn’t work. Can’t send verification sms for online apps. Stuck badly. No help from Airtel !!
