    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Broadband is not working since 2nd September #136529376. And no one has visited to fix it even after so many follow-ups. The SR has been also closed 3 times without resolution.
