Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's very unfortunate to see the irresponsible behavior and attitude of Airtel Customer executives. In spite of putting across the timings for and alternate they failed in sorting the issues. Then why you all ask for time and let people wait?

Hello @airtelindia, I am having issue with my fibre broadband from last 3 days and till now issue has not been fixed. Earlier I was told that issue would be fixed within that day. But since then no one has contacted me from your side. Please look into it on urgent basis.
