@airtelindia It took me three hours to download a 5 GB file on an OTT service that's bundled with your postpaid plan. I guess this is not even 2G speed. How can you really claim to have the fastest network in India in such situation? Please guide us.

@airtelindia Pathetic service by #Airtel They give 24 hrs for a simple technical glitch of theirs, why should customer suffer for 1 whole day without services on mobile. I think my decision to port was wrong, feeling really bad after discussing with CC and airtel outlet
