Airtel is selling it's cards & service here @ Dapoli, but they aren't having any arrangement to solve customer complaints in the periphery of ~ 70 km. Not getting my 4G card and old one is made out of service. @TRAI @JagoGrahakJago_ @JagoGrahakJagoo @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia If cannot deliver withdraw. Zero technical competence to resolve Broadband Secure Internet subscription. U arbitrarily close a complaint to save your skin. 100 emails 100 calls but Zero resolution. Shameful services & false claims. Incompetence and lies-disgusting😡

It is funny how airtel calls centers worker calls then say "ye humara department ni hai" and disconnects on your face. That is one hell of a customer service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pls guys don't choose airtel DTH, I m switching to @TataSky
