Airtel is selling it's cards & service here @ Dapoli, but they aren't having any arrangement to solve customer complaints in the periphery of ~ 70 km. Not getting my 4G card and old one is made out of service. @TRAI @JagoGrahakJago_ @JagoGrahakJagoo @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Internet is not working at all. Spent half an hour trying to lodge complaint. @airtelindia customer service is not working at all. Only the first option works. Thereafter no input is accepted. Customer care is abysmal.
