Last night my airtel sim stopped working suddenly then i visited today in airtel store, 6-7 similiar cases were there. Airtel charged Rs.50 per sim change. Now 6-7 cases of same problem at same time. Something is fishy @airtelindia Its not the right way

@airtelindia Despite numerous complaints,airtel network is still poor.The irony is while registering the complaint,the airtel executive is unable to listen to me because of poor network,registered my complaint through their app.And without any resolution,the query gets closed.

No one has visited from @airtelindia side so far and when called them up for follow up, they have not even picked up the call. @airtelindia starts calling multiple times in advance for bill reminders but when it comes to fixing problems, they are missing
