Airtel is selling it's cards & service here @ Dapoli, but they aren't having any arrangement to solve customer complaints in the periphery of ~ 70 km. Not getting my 4G card and old one is made out of service. @TRAI @JagoGrahakJago_ @JagoGrahakJagoo @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your network in my area has degraded a lot. Even the Airtel app doesn't work on airtel's network. When I switch to my second sim (Jio) everything works. Can you do something about your network the way your advertisements show??

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst customer service providers. today I ported in into Airtel and incoming is not available. outgoing and data available. customer support says complaint registered and will be resolved by 4 Nov. Till then no incoming calls for me?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is the 3rd time I have faced this issue. Why is it not rectified completely ?? Charging exorbitant amounts and giving such service!! It takes 4 days to get things working.. But, FULL amount need to be paid!! Give less, Charge More!!
