This fraud company used to deduct money even though none of our family members opted for ringtone. As there is no option I have opted for Airtel fibre. One of the worst service by them. Even in stores, executive idiots forces us to open bank account in their airtel payments Bank for nothing.

Only when you want to purchase a new connection they call you. Otherwise @Airtel_Presence doesn't listen to their own customers who are paying for their services!!

They have to update the firmware of Nokia router which they aren’t able to do. If your team is not capable why dont you change the router immediately ? Lost the trust in #Airtel #Hyderabad @airtelindia worst service and pathetic customer support.
