Not sure who are the engineers built chat bot for #airtelthanks app. But they need to learn and test their bot properly to handle faq. Exaggeration of ML/AI in the name of developing pathetic chat bot won't make better Engineers. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia give better service.

My airtel Broadband connection, Darjeeling (Below Kakhjhora) is out of network since yesterday. Even after trying to register the complain, the feedback received is " the server is not responding". The customer care also not helping. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
