Airtel is selling it's cards & service here @ Dapoli, but they aren't having any arrangement to solve customer complaints in the periphery of ~ 70 km. Not getting my 4G card and old one is made out of service. @TRAI @JagoGrahakJago_ @JagoGrahakJagoo @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

In Aug 2021, I shifted to a new location and used their copper (slow speed) connection for a month. Dissatisfied, I requested for a disconnection. Their customer care executives started calling and on every call begged to continue. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #ScamAlert (pt2)

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Where are you now? Wouldn't you look into the issue? Network tower is within one km only but still there is no speed at all. Our whole village is struggling because of that. Why can't you just set up an enquiry and upgrade the system?

I had already purchased a Jio connection and was not interested in continuing Airtel's slow speed network, as they won't fix the issues. I had raised multiple tickets in past, but they never fixed it. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtelscam
