Airtel is selling it's cards & service here @ Dapoli, but they aren't having any arrangement to solve customer complaints in the periphery of ~ 70 km. Not getting my 4G card and old one is made out of service. @TRAI @JagoGrahakJago_ @JagoGrahakJagoo @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia didn't expect such poor support. Atleast provide a proper communication with the support associates for grievances. Tried to reach the support executives but ended up hearing the IVR each time.

@airtelindia im sitting in your store and still cant get anything done. The ivr services are as useless as the people sitting in the stores. What should a person do to get his work done with your network. @GoI_MeitY neither does the mobile network work nor the broadband

@Airtel_Presence Thanks for your response; But i caused inconvenience from your side. Why i was supposed to pay the money? No one is saying the reason. Very disheartening experience from @airtelindia , problem is from organization side but the customers need to pay money and change the sim?

@Airtel_Presence So customer get his Recharge for Rs 19 of 200MB get done on his new mobile No done on 9th Oct 2021, Nes Recharge dat effective to be today 11. So customer has to beg for such small recharges, Also rollover of previous data of 22 GB to be done. @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why such bad network coverage in Sijauliya, Bihar ( Very poor internet speed and calls not clear. You are taking same amount of money but not able to deliver 5% the speed of urban areas in rural areas. I am quitting airtel services @DoT_India
