    @airtelindia ​@Airtel_Presence My Airtel Fiber is constantly disconnecting every few minutes for a month. Raised multiple complaints (Ticket: [311000015886132]), but no solution yet! Pathetic service. Fix this immediately or I will escalate to TRAI and cancel the service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Service is down again today. How many outages am I expected to tolerate? I'm paying for internet, not repeated downtime. Pathetic service. Avoid Airtel Xstream Fibre if you want a reliable connection. Worst experience with almost no customer support.

    17 YRS as an #Airtel customer. And this is the service we get? Our Delhi office has been without internet for 20+ DAYS after @airtelindia blocked our connection citing 3,333 GB usage in 1 week. Repeated complaints. NO resolution. @airtelindiahelp, who is responsible?

    @airtelindia A simple family-plan ownership transfer has turned into hours of frustration. The Kapurbawdi store separated my number, and after 4–5+ hours with customer care, there’s still no resolution.Conflicting instructions, no ownership, and apparently no escalation process.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your wifi team in Chennai is really great. They are taking 5 days for a wifi connection. And your customer care team - 121 needs a Best Customer Service Team Award. Sigh! CC @sunilbmittal

    @airtelindia Airtel Fiber is down with no update, and support is unresponsive. I even have a Relationship Manager, but no resolution. You expect customers to pay bills on time shouldn’t we expect reliable service and timely communication too? This is affecting my work.

    @airtelindia i am having so many issues with the airfiber and there is no way i can connect to the customer care. Horrible customer service.
