    @airtelindia Hello Team, I was not to do payment through online, when it's delayed u have deactivated my Sim card without sending reminder, it's one of the my worst expeince with Airtel, neither getting support from Airtel officer nor from customer care.

    @airtelindia this is the 5 day and Airtel doesn’t have any solution of my problem. Well done @ Airtel team and the CEO of company. Just sit in AC cabins makes rules and policies for customer but didn’t think about solutions of problems.

    @airtelindia my wifi is not running from last 1 week ,its very disgusting that i haven't got any response on my complaint.2-3 times I have complained about that but no response I have got yet. Your airtel executive is also not responding, nor receiving my phones.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have received call from my new network provider that your existing bill for airtel postpaid is pending Rs.144, I am unable to fetch any information regarding outstanding bill . Also can't connect to CC without airtel number .

    @airtelindia Since morning facings issues of Broadband services, Several times requesting done with Local technical team, Helpless all front , Support for connections disconnect

    My Airtel simcard was not working for past 3days. Got duplicate simcard on same day from nearby Airtel store in trivandrum. They are telling my simcard activation request is pending. It is pending for more than 48 hours. Poor response from @airtelindia

    In the name of charity, remove the most basic plan (₹49) that the low budget customer is buying to keep their number. Force them to recharge with a higher plan (₹79) that too without sms facility. Well Played @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI
