    Pathetic @airtelindia. They charge me for call on bank customer care other than the bill amount. What is the benefits of having postpaid connection than? Also after calling 9n Customer Care I recd. 25 text msgs continously. Going to port to @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare

    @airtelindia Dear airtel, You have very lull network .. plan charges badane ke alawa network pe bhi dhyan de lo thoda.. worst indoor and outdoor network coverage..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia team, in last 5 days, your broadband services have disruption issues which goes on for 8-12 hours. No executives are responding and are being rude. We are paying premium charges for the service but such a poor service. @reliancejio is better

    Dear @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence, plz improve your app UX and services. I recharged my account with annual pkg of 2.5gb/D with free calling and extra 75 gb. After consumption of 2gb it gives 2G speed and not able to use from 75gb as well. Unable to raise complaint via app.
