    @airtelindia I have raised wifi issue on 13 Aug 2026, till now this has not been resolved and I am facing issues due to this as I am unable to complete the work. Everyday I am calling customer care but I am assured that this will be resolved on priority but nothing changes.

    Hey @airtelindia, maybe change the name from “Airtel Care” to “Airtel Don’t Care”. 😡 Still no resolution and not even a call from customer service. It seems your support system is stuck in the same loop as my complaint — “Kaam chalu hai, aap katar mein hai.” 🙄

    6 DAYS. 4 AIRTEL STORES. STILL NO NETWORK! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Jio SIM was disconnected on 13 Aug after porting to Airtel. It’s 18 Aug and Airtel still hasn’t activated my num due to a backend/KYC issue. I’ve been running store to store for 6 days. ESCALATE & FIX IT!

    Pathetic service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia! 20+ days of follow-ups & 4 Service Requests (657858130, 658199654), but zero technician visit for faulty DTH. Paying full bill for zero service! Escalating to @jagograhakjago if not fixed today. DTH ID: 3076715280 Fix ASAP!

    “@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband down in Bhubaneswar. My complaint raised on Aug 16 was marked ‘resolved’ within 46 minutes even though the connection was never restored and no engineer visited. This has happened repeatedly.”
