    @airtelindia 1st you need to improve your service. I am from Meerut Uttar pardes. In Shastri Nagar sector 3 there is no internet connection from today 12PM. Again n again your team increase the time slot. 1st they told internet connection will be restored by 4:55 pm then 7:55pm then 10:55pm

    @airtelindia Hi this is Deepika, i've contacted your customer care, they were very rude, i'm facing internet issue frm 5days but no resolvution from your customer service, instead they asked me to get a new sim by paying 50rs, the issue is from your side.

    @airtelindia -- after using your postpaid billing service , internet is very poor in navi mumbai from nerul to airoli . Even in home I'm unable to use internet service. It take 15 min to load a Twitter page . Fed up of the service .
