The severity of the problem can be addressed by the fact that I am unable to appear for an interview for even 15 minutes, due to discontinuous network speed..How can we work from home if the operators will behave like this..@airtelindia

@airtelindia I didn't get call from Technician for Xstream Fibre. I'm waiting from 4 days. Lead I'd- (41-1158309073). But today I got email with my complaint ref. No. - 125854874 . Atleast tell me that fibre connection available in my area or not? Please help @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a pathetic customer service. They are forcing me to disconnect the call when asked to speak to manager Swati was very rude and not at all professional. They are not ready to send simple bill in format as sent before.
