    Worst experience it’s been 10days my issue hasn’t been resolved. Called almost 5 times to 121 and almost 10times to the engineer. They’ll say that will be done today but no use. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    The Airtel thanks app which @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews has is literally the MOST USELESS app. Nearly ZERO functionality with regard to support. Is it so hard to have a simple botton which says “Click here to talk to customer service representative”? So petty.
