  @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my customer id 3010302743 having airtel dth. Airtel forcing cuatomers to select the package and activating the default package on thier own with out informing customers. We still have time till march 31st & forcing us to migrate in feb itself

  @airtelindia Finally I gave in and paid the entire bill for no fault of mine. Loss of signal is not my fault but Airtel Charged me for the entire month. It’s a shame that their customer support says that they understand and will help.
