    @airtelindia Airtel black is one of the biggest scam by Airtel India...they said you will get a relationship manager , but they won't call you back for days. Plus they are extremely rude, doesn't know anything about issues and resolutions.

    For 6 days I am unable to change my Airtel Black plan either via 121 or on app as it shows a pending order whenever anyone tries to do so. Spoke to 10 guys on 121 so far. Thanks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence for creating such a horrible system.

    I am not getting @airtelindia ebill for the last 1 yr, when I checked my email was wrongly mentioned, I don't know who changed my email. When I tried to change thru App, i was not able to do, I requested Airtel CC they are also not able to change. What a pathetic service.
