Go to the Airtel store , they might have to change ur post paid plan for it to work. They changed mine and wallah it magically started working and they did acknowledge that it was their side issue. It’s not apples issue.

Raised complaint & Airtel replied that it will be resolved but it never do anything to resolve but gives routine replies. Worst service.

It took almost 6 months to get them closed. Disappointing to see that things haven't improved much.

Other homes in the area have been fixed but my connection remains down. Is this the level of customer service Airtel provides?
