  @Shubhamwagh1522 @airtelindia I agree bro. @Airtel_Presence is only a money minded company. They don't give a **** about customers. I'm also stuck with **** Airtel. I will definitely discontinue my service as soon as my plan expires. Have already suffered enough coz of their 3rd grade service and engineers.

  @Airtel_Presence I think 4 people were in conference call. Sales executive said his part. It was not his fault it seems .Other two were just ignorant to ignore and said “ say no to customer” . This is a surprise. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I would have took tech team to just replace box there.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Oneairtel service and and costumer care are working on a laidback chair,without giving any concern about issue. Had a complain registered on 5 November and had called them many times and they are sill escalating the issue(get your escalator fixd)
