Such a pathetic experience visiting @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your outlets are just a waste. I wasted around 1 hr at your airtel outlet at thrissur kerela and no resolution was provided if you cant provide a solution why open a oulet anyway iam going to port @VittalGopal

I obliged and told him to cancel the order. It’s been more than a month and I’ve been visiting the Airtel Rajajinagar office for more than a month and I’ve been getting vague responses. This is absolutely the unacceptable service from your end @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had booked for a DTH plus broadband connection on 4th June 2022 in Airtel Rajajinagar office. The technician called on the same day and told it would not be possible to install DTH in the area requested and told he would cancel the order.
