jio is showing ipl for free And airtel is having trouble watching IPL even after recharging for 299 a month. dear airtel make 4G instead of 5G so that no customer has any problem in our area from 8pm to 10pm internet service is like shutdown @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @JioCare

In the world of 4g and 5g if a 10 year old youtube video is buffering and couldn't open a page all that happens when i needed it the most then you failed as a service provider @reliancejio. What the first thing i am going to do after i reach home is switching to @airtelindia.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence customer service is to useless. When I was using broadband actively the experience was not great. When I asked to discontinue services they still keep calling me. Why not make your services customer friendly rather than make fake claims in adverts
