Hey @airtelindia today my sim got damaged, your customer care support told me that I can went to nearest airtel store and get it replaced by paying a charge of ₹25, but when I went to store your employee asks me ₹50, and he says “Mai toh 50 hi lunga” Why is this??

This is not the first time I would rather prefer @reliancejio broadband than @airtelindia as I can see the value of service provided by Jio is much better and the TAT is minimal. @airtelindia this is not a ethical behaviour by such an MNC.

@airtelindia has worst customer care i have ever seen. Small time pick-pocketers and thieves are running their sim delivery centre, and call centre don't give a **** about a customer complaining. They stole 300rupess on first day of me porting my sim to their company.
