Does @ICICIBank and @airtelindia collaborate to provide lousy service? Call on helpline number which is chargeable, one gets connected to IVR. By the time we reach option to speak to customer care, it is 5 mins. Once we dial account number call disconnects. Disgusting!!

@ViBusinessIndia I have switch @airtelindia to Vi for network issues, I think Vi us good network nowadays but Vi is worst network in India, vi not make any calls to any other network and not connected to internet as well. Please fix it but this was not fix I will take action.
