    So there is no way you can reach @airtelindia customer executive except posting a tweet and them Calling back. Such a bad way. How can they say they are customer centric no idea!!

    @Airtel_Presence I am not satisfied wth ur ans If you have nothing in upgradation plan thn it should be initiated immediately.why should we suffer due to ur(@airtelindia) inefficiency. I pay my bills before due date every month. R u gonna refund my money?? And their who are using prepaid service?

    @airtelindia @TRAI @rsprasad following up with Airtel since Sept 24 for issue of poor internet connection. nothing is moving in the case M getting only promises, neither a technician visited the location nor a cal received for testing. U r testing patience with pathetic service

    I want to port from @VodafoneIN to any other network as I'm super frustrated by the network. Calling issues all we have to do is rely on our wifi connection. Seriously call kr nhi skte and net thikse chlta nhi Can I get less ping issue from @airtelindia @Idea

    @airtelindia call drops,not receiving incoming calls.sometimes takes alot time for caller to make calls. network abrupt in between calls so many issue I have recently faced.customer care is worst .#Airtel #worstnetwork @Airtel_Presence #worstcustcare

    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence Looks like Airtel no longer cares to resolve issues even after bringing to attention multiple times. Surprised that no one even bothers to give a call either to check or update. The IVR system just goes on loop. Chatbot is useless.

    @airtelindia @Svigneshwa17006 The kapplication for broadband was cancelled after 8 days of payment and prior to that feasibility study done. This is deficiency of service.we will take you to consumer court as the sla defined in the terms of agreement

    @airtelindia Very pathetic response of Airtel senior executives, they change bill cycle according to their needs and rules, never consults with the customer and now I want to change the cycle but need to wait for 30 days. Can’t even port out before 90 days.😳

    Worst service from airtel i am facing wifi & D2H from last 2 month and no one have appread for resolving the issue also when i asked for disconnection they are asking me to clear the till date bill. 2 months with no fix and now they want payment to disconnect.@airtelindia @TRAI

    2/4 The problem is that this separate 5G FUP cycle is not clearly shown by @airtelindia to customers. We can see recharge validity, but not the 5G cycle start date, end date, or next reset date.
