    @airtelindia Without informing customer how can you change the subscription of Zee5 policy. Seems like you are cheating us. Please let me know why their was no communication before discontinuing the offer.

    @airtelindia @vittalgopal Hi, I am fcng unprecedented network issue for past 6 month now. I knew nothing much Courtney done during lockdown hence did not highlight the issue Howe this has now gone way beyond n I am literally not reachable not can access data smoothly. Pls resolv.

    @airtelindia, I have switched to Airtel post paid which comes with benifits free one year amazon prime subscriptions. I did not get it and was told by customer service executive that I was a prime member so can’t have it again, does that make sense? I feel I was tricked.

    @airtelindia waited online for 15 mins to speak to your customer services regarding my DTH, was then keep on hold by the rep for another 10 mins and then disconnected. This is pathetic service. Need someone to call me back now

    @airtelindia I have switch my service to some other network to Airtel post and was expecting Amazon prime subscription for one year for free. Turned out I can not have it because I was a prime member in past which does not make sense. Can you check how we can solve this?

    @airtelindia I have used the solution which you have provided, removing the sim and using different phone, but that didnt help me. still have same issue, either calls drop in btwn or doesnt connect or after few seconds no voice. whats your solution, shall i port my airtel number?

    According to me @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is worst in internet speed I am facing problem related to internet speed from many days i have complained in airtel cus care mny time but there is no improvement in int speed. I don't have any hope now that my problem will be solved

    Very slow service by @Airtel_Presence in installing fiber connection. It is more than a month after wiring done and still connection is not started. Shame @airtelindia.
