    You just cannot rely on @airtelindia for their services. Since morning mobile and Internet n/w in my area is down. Worst is, if try to connect their cust. service, there is no human to respond only IVRS. Don’t know why they want to roll out #5G when their #4G service is so bad.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If you are closing down, please REFUND Yearly subscription already Paid. You are unable to provide data & every day DAILY LIMT remains unused But it is not accumulated like earlier. Close down but refund.

    @airtelindia @gopalvittal Wrong sales commitment. Confirmed multiple times with your sales guy about fibre connectivity feasibility at my place, before taking connection. Later today, technical team confirmed non feasibility. Now service team is not taking any action for refund.

    @SHRIBHHA @airtelindia @airtelindia I have paid the full advance for airtel xtream fibre on 11th Apr 2021 but on 20th Apr a call came and he said we cant process ur request due to some issue and u will be refunded within 7 days. Today is 27 I havent been refunded yet and no one is picking up call .

    @airtelindia Your Sales person/executive in Chickballapura Mr. Mohan Reddy, responsible for Broadband, is so arrogant and disconnects call when questioned for charging higher price. Did not expect this from Airtel. This is the worst ever behaviour I have seen.
