    Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia broadband services in Mumbai. While the connection goes off intermittently, the service guys do not bother to respond to your queries and complaints also 121 is full of help less guy's Horrible horrible experience!

    @airtelindia horrible customer care, I had requested for refund on 31st March 2022 of my Fixed land line no. 022 4016 1275. This is still pending and customer care is not ready to listen.

    Since last 2 months, every week I get 2 calls from @airtelindia stating tomorrow they will send an engineer to upgrade my copper connection to fibre and then no one shows up or no on called. So poor data management system they have. @Airtel_Presence

    The ticket has been closed without any resolution. I want to understand what is going on here. Why don't you want to provide the recharge bill? @airtelindia @TRAI . This needs to be looked into as it is a serious issue. It is the right of the customer to ask for tax invoice.
