    Since the time I’ve switched from Jio to @airtelindia , I am getting just 1 bar of network and this has been consistent since day 1. Quite disappointed.

    @sunilbmittal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence For Airtel money is important or customer service. Paying 2.5K per month. Engineer visited device is not compatible then it’s not customer fault. Requesting to install old box of ours and return money.

    @Airtel_Presence , my mobile number 9892190796 not working At shop MASJID BUNDER No network due to unavoidable circumstances, after waiting for a year, I think you cannot resolve my problem, therefore unfortunately i have to switch to some other service provider. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia this is 3rd time I’m again escalating the issue re DTH -3037520684 getting restarted automatically kindly arrange the replacement of DTH else take back the DTH and initiate the refund to me

    My @airtelindia 4G works like a 3G now, may be the entire industry is scamming us by slowing down the speed of 4G to make space for 5G and fibre cable internet. Almost every telecom company has reduced their internet speed. THIS IS BUSINESS.
