Frequent disconnection issue with @Airtel_Presence broadband. Never faced this in my office where I'm using it for last 13 yrs. Probably bcoz in a hurry to install before @reliancejio came in Parel, they left the cables hanging & hence the issue. Pl resolve @airtelindia

@airtelindia after you lodge a complain the engineer who will visit your place he is clueless what exactly is the issue he will start making you understand such things which has no logic in it still I have not got my issue fix i don't know what exactly should i do

@JioCare Basically, 4 days before plan expiry, every single call you are going to hammer that tone. Hey @airtelindia and @Vodacom are you guys into same practices? Of reminding the consumer before each call, whole day, before plan expiry? If not, would love to switch to your network.

1. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Incident SR 10054181026 raised yesterday morning at 9AM regarding broadband issue, I have received msg with person name with 11AM as resolution time. But no call or person arrived and incident has been closed automatically stating issue resolved.
