  @SubramaniamIy19 @reliancejio @JioCare I was with @airtelindia earlier and with @VodafoneIN since the last 15 years but neither has the kind of customer service that @reliancejio has. Can't tell you how impressed I am with the speed at which the issue was resolved and the follow up by @JioCare team members.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia : So this complaint is almost 3 months old. Got some follow up calls, the last one said 'your complaint is not closed, we will surely work on it'. This was around 2 months ago and still the network works as shit. 4G,volte. No change. No improvement.

  @airtelindia Hi team we have observed that there are no network from yesterday at 2.30 pm and no one is responding at all, in opal square there are no network connection till now we all are running a business and it is hampering our business please look into this and solve it
