@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia May I request Airtel to offer plan on individual requirements where customer can opt for his/her data requirements. This unlimited data access is more of a nuisance rather than an value addition. I can see this deterioration happening in my home.

Problem related to broadband was reported to @airtelindia. A technician comes for service shuts the whole network down goes back. Great work! And please instead of calling me try sending a technician with appropriate knowledge and get the issue resolved in that area.

Great service by @airtelindia. There was some problem with WiFi network in my area so the technician visited the place for service. Post service: Broadband problem After service: Broadband, mobile network, 4G. I think he visited and shut the whole network down. Good work!
