@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @UfterYou I have twice written an email to you. All I get is an auto responder asking me to call 121. However, on your 121, all igey is an IVR. How am I going to get my problem addressed. You are making it extremely annoying for the customer to resolve their problems. Resolve my issue.

@MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @DoT_India @rsprasad Modem was delivered that day. I was to get a call for configuration of the modem. No response after that. Its 3 days and still waiting for the call. Time for @airtelindia and other service providers to take advantage of the situation.

Thanks @airtelindia for saving me during electricity shutdowns. There was online conference meeting today during electricity shutdown & your internet speed saved me from embarassment. Thank you again. You beated Jio too. #Jio never gave such speed so I ported to #Airtel recently.
