    @airtelindia bluntly says to customer that now you are back in india we can’t do anything but next time you travel that time will resolve the issue ! How convincing ! Being platinum customer doesn’t matter to them at all.

    I would say port it to @airtelindia atleast you get better network... not sure if they would do the same but atleast have good network and trust me you have to pay the bill, Vodafone doesn’t listen to what we have to say... best of luck for fighting with corporate goons

    The worst service in international roaming award goes to @airtelindia never ever opt for their services ! They are least interested to solve your network issues after raising it on thei customer care! Bad experience.

    Hi, Airtel team, my SIM card was not working, I got it replaced today. The store charged me Rs. 25/- for the SIM card without any acknowledgement. @airtelindia @StoreAirtel please confirm if there are any such charges, as this is not mentioned anywhere in website or app. Thanks.

    @reliancejio charges 399 for 84 days ie Rs 4.75 per day and @airtelindia/@VodafoneIN Charges 199 for 28 days for similar plan ie Rs.7.10 . Now technically if a person talks about approx 65 hrs a day on other network ( hypothetical) jio still charges less . #6paise

    @airtelindia what is happening with your broadband service?? It's the worst I have ever seen , The month of February was full of outages in Pune no service, no resolution , no internet and the worst part was no speed of internet.

    @airtelindia Airtel 4G is just a waste of money , you know we just can't upgrade our phone to 5G . why this internet so slow in our area, we hardly manage to used up only around 400mb a day, when daily data is 2GB/day. Take a look to it.
