@TRAI I have subscribed for all Sony channels ( sports, entertainment etc). I have paid for these. All of sudden two days back they discontinued these channels. The executive informed that by default these were disconnected. What kind of reply is this. Please help @airtelindia

Have been waiting 2 days for @airtelindia broadband technicians to come for installation. So keen to get your money but pathetic service! Representatives lying to me, giving timelines and not meeting them. Went with airtel for speedy service but this is just unacceptable!

I am deeply unsatisfied and disappointed with the way a customer is dealt with in times of need by Airtel. Opting for a different service provider will be an obvious choice.
