    @airtelindia I’ve never seen fraud like you, I requested for Airtel stream Fiber but I got copper connection and airtel sales team gave me false commitment. So I want to disconnect this service and want refund for it

    @Airtel_Presence What do you mean this shouldn't be happening? IT IS HAPPENING.. and sort it out. Nothing in this response helps Ashima. Visiting same website isn't solving my issue. Please take customers concerns more seriously and provide meaningful response @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Does Airtel has a plan to fix mobile Network issue seriously? Facing this issue in 560103 in Adarsh Palm Retreat Tower 7 since last 3 years, have been paying bills with zero services. Multiple services requests made with no hope.

    @airtelindia how could you be so mean that even after assuring that immediate resolution will be provided for the request to convert prepaid to postpaid on 26 Jan and every day you are asking for 24 hrs and now the number is not active as it is asking to recharge.. Unfortunate

    @airtelindia I have two re charges of Rs1,799/- each on my cell no : 7349606558.The re charges were done through Amazon Pay & but re charges never took place and I did not receive the refund. I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

    @airtelindia As someone whose work completely depends on internet, this level of negligence is unacceptable. Lost valuable time, work, and trust. Switching to a better service provider now. Airtel, you really need to fix your customer support.

    Are @reliancejio and @airtelindia so dumb to not understand by themselves that Mindspace Gigaplex at Airoli West has pathetic network quality? It's been years, network reception here is so weak, it's useless. Are corporates asking you to keep it that way?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel WiFi is down at our place since yesterday evening and when I call the call center the IVR messages it would take another 36 hours to be repaired, in today’s world does it really take more than 48 hours to failover and help with a solution

    @airtelindia Paid ₹1500 for Xstream Fiber. Engineer assigned but no call or installation, not even from back end team pathetic service. Now showing Order Delay. Req ID: EXD6SWR33B SR: 4511766411 Cancel the order and refund my money immediately.

    Iam sure Airtel and their customers know it has the world worst customer service App. It’s almost 10 days and I can’t raise a complaint.. there is no option to submit a complaint and talk to a customer service as Airtel doesn’t know where to use Ai.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
