    @ACTFibernet - internet connection is forever breaking down. Support option on the app doesn't register requests anymore - it simply goes to track on a browser, with no solution. There is no number to speak to a support executive. Are you hinting I should move to @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence I reached out to #121 customer care and only on disappointed had shared it on Tweeter Only recd false commitment & see a FRAUD there as no SR’s or trails were raised of the multiple calls made by me This is how @airtelindia is wanting to reach ZERO complaints as shown in AD’s

    @airtelindia The worst possible service in dth. I have 3 connections, 45 days after escalation to airtel nodal and still no service. No signal and your local service team is extremely arrogant. Pin code is 560085. Airtel sucks

    @airtelindia Say hello to frustrated customer Despite launching a complain i never received back my funds that were promised for the failed transaction for top up. I waited patiently for the refund period of 10 days. Is this some kind of a joke that nothing i receive back?
