    You're customer support number doesn't let you connect to a human. The IVR will spin you in circles and then cut the call automatically. Why are you making life difficult? Just have a human being call me and help me resolve this matter. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia DTH not linked to the device at home for my Airtel black account and the customer care directs to a service engineer who in turn directs back to customer care. Nobody is able to solve and absolutely pathetic service

    @airtelindia how could you be so mean that even after assuring that immediate resolution will be provided for the request to convert prepaid to postpaid on 26 Jan and every day you are asking for 24 hrs and now the number is not active as it is asking to recharge.. Unfortunate

    @airtelindia Does Airtel has a plan to fix mobile Network issue seriously? Facing this issue in 560103 in Adarsh Palm Retreat Tower 7 since last 3 years, have been paying bills with zero services. Multiple services requests made with no hope.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 3) Also in this plan OTT is not working on TV. When I asked to change it to 1549/- + GST plan he said there is no such plan and I need to opt for 1199/- plan and this is for 4 SIM for 5th SIM additional 349/- + GST need to be paid.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In Madurai, num 8807720808. Recharged ₹359 (2GB/day). Unlimited 5G is active in Thanks app & phone shows 5G, but daily 4G data is still draining instead of unlimited 5G. 198 call didn't help. Fix this technical bug ASAP.

    Hi @airtelindia your frequent downtime from 12-6am has already stretched to 1030am. All services are down. Pathetic @Airtel_Presence is miles behind in customer service. Only know how to defraud & deceive. Nodal officer upto CEO are goonks good at cut paste. Time to say hello Jio

Guys from your team says "outside my working hour" to a customer who took a day off for shifting wifi. U begged for one last chance
