@airtelindia i am an airtel user since 2014, i am really disappointed from the services of airtel specially when i am using internet. It's very rare to stream a video. In Banglore one of the metropolitan city of india i am facing this issue. Highly disappointed. @airtel4glte

@JioCare no jio fibre network from 8pm yday. Complained this morning 5.30... but no one visited my place but closed the ticket... Worst ever service. Again taken the complaint and asking time till 10 am tom. Better to go back again to @airtelindia 😠😠😠

@airtelindia The worst customer service that I have ever seen, ported from docomo to airtel, and I have been coming to airtel store as if I am working here. Technology reached more heights but not on your side. I have visited the store nearly 7 times.

@airtelindia My sim requested for porting on july11, and today its August 7th, still my sim was not activated. No clear update from customer care as well as from employees at store. I have been travelling for kms to resolve my problem in this 4G generation.

@airtelindia Had a new business broadband xtreme connection installed.was assured that all complaints wd be resolved within 4 hrs. My internet services have just resumed after nearly 48hrs.All my office wrk was at a standstill and had to work with mobile hotspots.HORRIBLE SERVICE

@airtelindia sorry to say but the past year, ever since 5G has come your broadband and Mobile network has become pathetic. Frequent disconnections and worst network ever. 15 years being using ur network and totally disappointed. JIO IS 100 TIMES BETTER, will be switching now

@airtelindia kindly fix your broadband network speed it's not constant and it is gradually shifting between 4 server's Mumbai Chennai new Delhi and Kolkata In which first 2 are ok but new Delhi and Kolkata decrease the internet speed to 10 to 60 mbps From 150 to 220 mbps

@airtelindia You people have the worst wifi service. Every 2nd day I am raising a ticket for wifi issues, not sure where the problem is, I am paying the amount of using the wifi or creating a ticket every 2nd day.
