    @airtelindia came up with a plan two months ago said "one plan, one bill for the family of 650/-" since the day I changed to that plan everyone in my family is getting bill of 700/month. Support has been so awesome no response on over 10 calls in past two months #TimeToPort

    Past one year there is an active complaint on poor network issue. You customer care representatives are not giving any TAT to resolve this issue. Just I let you that I am going take this issue to Consumer Court. You are cheating customers @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence

    @siliconfin From Quality Airtel means frequent outages , unreliable service, unresponsive customer care and in competent team which unable to solve issue despite of multiple outage. Recent example is their third broadband outage in Sector 75 Noida in 3 days. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
