@DoT_India @airtelindia It’s been 2 yrs that I hav Comp’nd about the poor n/w of Airtel, but there has been no improvement. I think we are being charged for 4G but we r not even getting 3G service n many parts of Bangalore and also call drops. Airtel shud reimburse all the bills pd till nw.

@airtelindia the worst technical service !!! Reaquested broadband plan change ...it's 15 days completed and still technical team not able to fix the issue.They do not have a courtesy to call the customer and update the status....This is Airtel service in Bangalore

I want @airtelindia to immediately cancel the connection which was sold by fraud and an apology for such fraudulent practices on senior citizens. On enquiring they said you cancel after 1 month. Need urgent action!!

@airtelindia when i called a customer executive to ask abt broadband connection in my village. she asked me address, i told her village name, she said to tell full address, but she doent know tht in a village name is the full address.only name is enough. its not a city.
