@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how pathetic can ur service get. Since 9am yesterday there is no wifi in our area. Inspite of multiple complaints, there is no response, no solution, nobody is bothered. Just wow. Heard it's a fiber cut, but obviously u ll fix it at ur own sweet time

@airtelindia Recently taken and unlimited plan of Airtel broadband connection with 1024mbps, unlimited plan. After a few days my speed drops to 1.2 Mbps and Airtel customer care claims there is a limit of 3333 GB which is exhausted. Extremely contradictory. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @AirtelMd Replaced a faulty sim card. I had the faulty sim on hand. However SMS takes 24 hrs to be reactivated. It makes no sense , when SIM is not lost. Who comes up with such stupid and I'll logical process in this time and Era.#AirtelStupidity

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had requested for Xtreme Fibre. Instead a normal connection that rarely works has been provided. No resolution despite talking to the guy who came for installation. You guys are extremely prompt in sending bills for horrible service.

@airtelindia I have used Jio sim for 3 years and last month I have ported from Jio to airtel postpaid..On 23 march , i have availed 5g unlimited data offer but it was stopped on next billing on 1st April 2023. Then I called customer care, they told me that I have to redeem.
