@ACTFibernet this is worst network I've ever seen. Even the local player like BBNL is far better. I raised ticket for slow speed (i get just 15 mbps speed vs the plan I applied for 200 mbps) you guys are closing the ticket without actually resolving it. Need help @airtelindia

The worst thing about companies like Airtel these days is when you go to an Airtel store they tell u to call 121. And when u call 121 they ask to go to nearest Airtel store. Meanwhile @airtelindia will reply to this saying pls DM your number and we will call you. They never do.

@airtelindia customer service is terrible.. last week we made a request to update internet plan from 40 Mbps to 200Mbps. They keep making promises of completing it but they don’t do it. Promise 1 = 2 hour… Promise 2 = 24 hour, Promise 3 = 48 hour.. is there anyone who can help?
