@airtelindia I have a 199 plan with 4 days for expiry. I understand I am supposed to get 100 sms and unlimited calls free but I can't make a single call or send a single message. This is quite troubling. Please help.

What use is your commitment of being the best, when you can't even provide an ETA. Since yesterday there is a fixed line outage, on calling up customercare, all we get is that it'll be fixed by 8PM, then 11PM,then 11AM,then 3PM and now no response! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Sometimes they're a bit slow but at least they get back to you. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia defines stupidity. Our company moved out of Airtel 2 years ago because of crappy service & they haven't changed one bit since!

Worst Internet Speed @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #Airtel at Sec-2C Vasundhara Ghaziabad took advance for fiber and promised 40 Mbps but getting 2 Mbps. If you were not having fiber in the area then why you are selling the plan here Engg told me not to complain to customer care.

@airtelindia My broadband account (Ac no - 7042424535) was inactive. Customer care asked me to recharge and said it will be activated in 48 hours. I recharged but still account is not active and It's been 5 day. every I call customer care they say it will be activated by next day
