@Airtel_Presence Thanks @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. All it took was 1 call to convert customer of many years to cancel subscription, when all I wanted was to upgrade my plans. At a time when I had service outage for over 24 hours now.

@DamodaranAshok @airtelindia It’s been 15 days and a simple request of updating my address was not taken care of. So many phone calls, average time of 21 minutes on each call, three trips to Airtel Store, so many DMs. Issue still unresolved. Worst customer experience. I would never recommend Airtel to anyone

@airtelindia @Airtelbroadband Right after payment of broadband connection, Service is worst. From yesterday installation guy is saying coming in 30 mins and in evening he says network is down so can't come. Wow! cancel the connection and return my money.

@airtelindia India’s fastest network??? No way, Hyderabad Nizampet itself having worse network coverage. Raised an issue 3 yrs back and they solved. Now again same issue re-occurs. Instead of giving adds please increase the network coverage.
