    Even sharing video of problem multiple times has not helped. As you can see once you go to apps usage, you can not get back to TV a usage untill you switch off the box from main board!! Please help. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @AdityaRajKaul Yes not even in Doon,my daughter's online Final Term Exams were going on and suddenly this happened..@airtelindia on its part did send a message to its customers but what was the reason behind the outage..Can't be acceptable from a premier telecom provider..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence : using Airtel.. internet connectivity and call quality is worst at my place. This is true for multiple people operating with multiple handsets. There is no issue in handsets here; only airtel sim has issue.
