    @JioCare no jio fibre network from 8pm yday. Complained this morning 5.30... but no one visited my place but closed the ticket... Worst ever service. Again taken the complaint and asking time till 10 am tom. Better to go back again to @airtelindia 😠😠😠

    @airtelindia The worst customer service that I have ever seen, ported from docomo to airtel, and I have been coming to airtel store as if I am working here. Technology reached more heights but not on your side. I have visited the store nearly 7 times.

    @airtelindia My sim requested for porting on july11, and today its August 7th, still my sim was not activated. No clear update from customer care as well as from employees at store. I have been travelling for kms to resolve my problem in this 4G generation.

    Why is it always things get faster, services is made faster when you put it in social media. Amount debited while recharging and rc not happened. NO solution is esured. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence mailed and also Dm the issue.

    @airtelindia after recharging 399 unlimited pack, I am unable to use Airtel TV. Your customer care number 198 was of no use. Do look into this.

    @airtelindia i am an airtel user since 2014, i am really disappointed from the services of airtel specially when i am using internet. It's very rare to stream a video. In Banglore one of the metropolitan city of india i am facing this issue. Highly disappointed. @airtel4glte

I also booked Airtel fiber connection and paid in advance for six months, after a week they initiated the payment rollback as they had issues. Meanwhile there was no communication to me and I got my money after 20 days. Pathetic service
