@Aswini06 @airtelindia I use to have the same problem like around a whole month then got no help from Airtel helpline then next I went to Airtel office they changed my sim like 3times ..... What actually happens because of which it didn't work well ?

Some update... Mohana frm the team apologizes and assures resolution in 2 hrs. She'll find out why Syed or Ramesh didn't call back as they were supposed to. Let's see @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia will updated the thread with call records.

@airtelindia whenever I trying to contact customer care through IVR always it will tell customer care is busy caal after sometime and disconnected the call. What a pathetic service by airtel DTH. I recharged channel to see IPL but channel is not coming. Very sad
