I gave the SIM for safe custody as soon as I traveled in may. Paid for it regularly and on may 2019 you auto disconnected my service without a prior intimation.

For 1 year, I'm using Airtel fibre but the speed is like 2G. Disgusting services. Neither their customer care response nor their local Airtel office employees.
