I live in the center of Bangalore city and I can’t use 4g data. You guys advertise saying Airtel is India #1 4G network which is really a lie.

They become reluctant to have customer first approach & then as soon as there is a new option, those customers would churn. @airtelindia did this mistake in 2015 & suffered.
