Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. First we need to do an unlimited recharge to call 121 or 198. And you will charge top for per 3 minutes as well. Even after that, there is no option to raise complain about Wifi. And when I somehow manage to talk to customer executive after back and forth argue with your AI assist. They said you should call 121. My god, I got able to talk to you after calling 121 and after 5 mint. What happened to my India. Isn't what we expected. And I know there will no body to care about this post as well.
