@airtelindia I raised a complain having poor network quality, the social media support team said they did troubleshooting and fixed the issue, guess what they did. Overnight they changed my profile to 2G subscriber from VOLTE. Pathetic service and attitude. God save Airtel.

Worst service I have ever experienced @airtelindia ,since 5 days Airtel fibernet has been down in my location (Chennai, Porur). I've never heard from customer care, I am facing many problems with my business because of this, and Airtel does not seem to care about its customers.
