SR raised but resolution time is 7:30 PM.If u r able to resolve it by 4 PM,well n good.Else I still hv the connection from ACT that is just a few clicks away frm reactivation. It's a working day.I don't hv any option.

Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. Engineer was supposed to attend to the complaint on 29th May 2026. Engineer doesn’t pickup the call from customer or the call centre.
