    @himansum @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've raised over 22 in the last 22 days. Still nothing seems to be happening. Service staff can't find an issue, but apparently, "Yes, you're right. It's not working. Must be a problem". Thanks. That part I know! 😂 #Pointless Had the cable changed twice also. Still not solved.

    @airtelindia In a month ,the Broadband will not work for approximately 10days. No proper fix is being provided. Customer care is also useless. They just waste time. Worst service . Want to disconnect my line but no option to do so.

    Astounding lack of help on @airtelindia app. No phone numbers, helpline only directs to few problems that will be fixed in (8-1 working days). 10/10 do not recommend.
