@airtelindia your service have become pathetic in Bengaluru. compliant#110867146 raised at 8am today. Original resolution time was 11:30am. Now it is 8:30pm still not resolved. Upon contacting CC getting answer that it will take 3 more days.

@airtelindia consistent calls and data drop observed in Bettadasanapura and Begur Koppa Road intersection near EC Bangalore. If I'm on call and reach this place the calls drop and data doesn't work until I go a few tens of meters forward. Please investigate this issue.

@shalvi12 @VodafoneIN @JioCare @airtelindia No no. Dont do that mistake of porting-in to @Airtel_Presence. I have ported out myself due to very bad Customer care service. @JioCare is superb and I'm facing absolutely no issue w.r.t internet speed and voice quality from the time of port.

As communicated over DM, I have been informed that they are working with priority on my issue and since then its been kore than 24 hrs. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence do not even have any SLA system it seems and claiming themselves as the most efficient service provider.
