    Dear Airtel India, I am one of your customer from very long time... I had bought Dish TV longtime ago, but from past 6 months i have encountered problems with dish more than 5 times each time I have to pay Rs. 150/-. I am really fed up with the service. Today again @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have two re charges of Rs1,799/- each on my cell no : 7349606558.The re charges were done through Amazon Pay & but re charges never took place and I did not receive the refund. I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream WiFi SSID is not showing on my Smart TV at all,but all our neighbours' Airtel networks are visible and working fine on the same TV. Multiple times we have compliant but no resolution yet. Highly disappointed with your service.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Airtel service has gone from good to worst. Using Air Fiber for many months now—issues have increased lately. Frequent disconnections for hours, especially during night shifts, it is affecting my work. Tickets closed without resolution. Very frustrating

Try these immediately: - Open Airtel Thanks app → check data balance/status. - Dial 121 or 198 (use another phone if needed). - Forward every spam SMS to 1909. If no fix, raise ticket via app or TRAI portal with your txn ID. Let me know the response you get.

    @airtelindia I have been unable to use wifi since past 4 days, Complaint raised but no action taken. Been delaying since more than 4 days. 3 requests raised still issue is not resolved. This is not the service I expect while having 7 services of yours and Airtel black member.
