Hello @TRAI @DoT_India, I have subscribed to Full DND, and still getting a lot of promotional messages and calls daily. I have reported many SMSes via app. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence doesn’t seem to be bothered about issue. Haven’t taken action on single report. No update.

@airtelindia Guys, your caller tune service has degraded drastically to a point that firstly not much choices are present for me, secondly even if I choose a caller tune, it abruptly stops while playing. This is such an irate. You can refer Wynk music app to confirm this.

@airtelindia even myAirtel app takes time to load, lodging a network issue is a project. It's good that the complaint lodging becomes so difficult, that there are 0 complaints. Every time it says...a new tower is coming in your area...and now it says it will take 32 days !!
