    once again @airtelindia proved that you are very poor in customer management. I contacted for Airtel xtream connection. Executive told me connection possible in our area and informed me to pay the amount. After payment engineer came to our area and telling connection not possible

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please help me PORT OUT from airtel as its found you guys are cheating and charged extra every month and on account of services which I never opted for and requesting to cancel which not yet done and you can't refund the extra charged amount.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After being your customer for almost 15 years, I feel your customer care cheats the customers. First, making my father put into a Airtel Black when he had no need for that. Second, not understand your customers problems and creating more issues.

    @airtelindia how could you be so mean that even after assuring that immediate resolution will be provided for the request to convert prepaid to postpaid on 26 Jan and every day you are asking for 24 hrs and now the number is not active as it is asking to recharge.. Unfortunate

    @airtelindia I have two re charges of Rs1,799/- each on my cell no : 7349606558.The re charges were done through Amazon Pay & but re charges never took place and I did not receive the refund. I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Hey Airtel, Not sure whats really wrong with your service Even after upgrading the service to optic fibre am experiencing intermittent connectivity issues and there is no improvement in internet speed Broadband line is also down.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had very bad experience installing WiFi at home. They have partially installed and then no response yet last 2 weeks. As a customer I must pay the bill at the end of the month. Request your urgent intervention on this matter !!!
