Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. Not sure if Airtel is having skilled technicians to sole this issue.

I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

SR raised but resolution time is 7:30 PM.If u r able to resolve it by 4 PM,well n good.Else I still hv the connection from ACT that is just a few clicks away frm reactivation. It's a working day.I don't hv any option.

I just visited it to get my WiFi issue fixed and saying engineers is not available to fix. Next month I am gonna cancel my plan and move to a local provider.
